Chapter 9: Endure (2)
A long time went by as the top Liang clan members kneel on all fours and it is now hot in the evening but the carriage was still closed. Behind them are the clansmen and civilian that live under the Liang clan, when they heard that the clan top members are kneeling in front of the city gate. They didn't believe it at first but was shock to see that it is actually true and spoke up.
"Why is the lord kneeling!?"
"That is Mrs. Xao Liang, who dare make her ladyship kneel!"

Out of the large group of clansmen and civilian urging the top members of Liang clan to get up, a couple and a young man could be seen. The man full of muscles holding a huge hammer was shaking uncontrollably from anger while the woman who hold a broad sword gritted her teeth. As for the young man he was holding a shield and sword with eyes full of hatred looking towards the carriage.
At this moment the carriage door finally open with a "clank" as voices started to emerge from the inside.
"Why are these dogs barking so loud?"
"Indeed my lord, there are many untrained dogs in the Liang clan."
"haha, Older brother and minister Ti Teng should not let these dogs bother you. It will only degrade your status."
In front of all the Liang clansmen and civilian, the crown prince, Ti Teng, Vu Hoa, and second prince emerge out of the carriage. Seeing their faces who are more furious after being called a dog greatly amuse the four people.
Looking towards Gao Liang, the Pei Kingdom entourage start to walk over to stand a feet away from the Liang clan group. And what happen next would catch everyone off guard then cause the already boiling tension to explode instantly.
Gao Liang who felt their presence raise his head to speak "Liang clan Gao Liang welcomes your highness…"

The crown prince didn't let Gao Liang finish his speech as the prince feet is already on Gao Liang face while saying with a fake apologetic face "I apologize, my shoes was loose and I need something to put my feet on to fix it."
Instantly Xao Liang, Gu Liang, Lu Liang, Tuong Liang, Xen Liang, Du Liang who was told to endure have reach their limit and draw their weapons. At the same time a large group of Liang clansmen along with the civilian start to draw their weapons as well and those that don't have one grab whatever they can use as they rush towards Gao Liang location while yelling out.
"These bastard have gone too far!"
"How dare they step on the lord face!?"
"I will fight to the death with them!"
"Call everyone else! Today we will let them learn what happen when you mess with the Liang clan!"
Then suddenly an attack was lunch towards the crown prince group.
Whoooosshh
"Your highness, be careful!" The commander of the envoy who was standing next to the crown prince group instantly went up to block the attack.
Boom!
"Aarrggh"
The commander of the envoy arm was instantly broken in multiple places as both him and the prince group was push back but he was able to protect the crown prince group in negating the attack from an unknown man.
Next to Gao Liang, a muscular man holding a huge hammer could be seen. He look down towards Gao Liang "Brother Gao, are you alright?"
"Sigh, Brother Zhang you have cause a great error this time." Gao Liang shook his head while standing up to look at the man he known his whole life.
Zhang Liang and Gao Liang knew each other from their prime time in the army, the both of them was arrange in the same unit and as the two face death together on multiple occasion have naturally become very close. They were separated after Zhang Liang left the army due to personal reasons as for Gao Liang became the next Lord of Liang clan.
Soldiers on the prince side by this time have already draw their weapons and form a protective formation around him. At the same time the Liang clansmen and civilian have reach the side of Gao Liang as the two sides face off against each other.
Inside the group of soldiers, the crown prince group have an ugly face because they know that if the attack wasn't block then they would have been heavily injured if not dead. The crown prince never imagine that something like this would happen as he bellow "Gao Liang! What is the meaning of this!?"
Instead of Gao Liang answering, Lu Liang step up "Your Highness, you only have power over people as long as you don't take everything away from them. But when you've robbed a man of everything, he's no longer in your power because he's free again and will bite back."
