Chapter 383: Chapter 383: War Preparations of the Allied Powers

In early February of 1914, Arthur traveled to the Russian capital, St. Petersburg, aboard an airship to attend the third conference of the Allied Powers since its formation.

In principle, the third conference should have been held last year. However, due to the illness of Prince Alexei, the conference was postponed by Tsar Nicholas II and finally delayed until a few months later.

Fortunately, this delay didn't affect much. The fervent arms race among the allied nations had tightly united the four major powers of the Allied Powers.

The attendees of this conference included representatives from the British Empire, France, the Russian Empire, and the monarch and president of Australasia, as well as various government officials. The purpose was to discuss the tasks and goals of each country in the future.
