Chapter 16: How was the body?
Bane , John and Akinar went near the chandelier, the corpse was lowered.
it was corpse of a man , he was tall and handsome .
his dress was not torn but blood was oozing out .
his face was scratched and marks were made .
at a closer look it was a star drawn on the forehead of that man , there was also a drawing of a man wearing a skirt on the corpse's forehead.
the man was cruelly murdered.
The staff opened the man's shirt and saw five holes peirced on his body .
bane muttered "it must have been a painful death "
everyone was shocked by this scene ,but John was calm .
john had already witnessed many corpse , blood shood and murders .
the only thing john was worried about was bane seeing such a horrible and bloody scene .John whispered something to his gaurd who was standing near , then the gaurd talked to the ship crew .
After the talk ,the crew bowed to john and moved aside , Bane looked at john ,as she couldn't figure out why did the crew suddenly show respect to only john .
but bane had no time to worry about it , she moved near the corpse and started inspecting it , john stood by her side .
Akinar , as soon as he saw the corpse , he went out to the deck and started vomiting. All the other noble men standing their had their face turned pale .
After observing the corpse , Bane told john to bring a notebook and pen .
John's gaurd brought it for him ,bane told john to note down what she said .
*the person was murdered on the cruise as blood is still hot .
*the murderer made it a painful death.
*a star mark is carved on the forehead with a sharp small knife.
*and a man wearing a skirt is also carved out .
after taking note , john helped bane stand up , then he told" my lady ,you dont have to bother with this , i will put some men into working soon and catch the murderer ."
But bane looked sternly at john . she then spoke " No its my responsibility as a person with authority to help solve this case "
though john knew the real identity of bane he asked" authority? responsibility?"
"yes , i will explain it to you later ." bane answered, she had a firm voice and john understood that bane wont backdown from helping the investigation team .
After Bane stood up , She walked towards the deck .
she saw Akinar all tired from his vomiting, he looked pale .
John was following Bane behind . Bane asked Akinar wether he was okay and does he want some assistance, Akinar gave an awkward smile and told that he was alright and bane doesnt have to worry about him .

john had told the crew to clear the body ,and search the person who died and give his information available by next day noon.
