Chapter 1: The Car
It's been a long day on the road. It had been raining for a good time as the road had been drying under the sun. On my way home from work, I had been sipping at my drink to keep awake but now it is empty. Listening to the the radio but now is silent. So sleepy. I have had issues with driving long distances before and nearly killed myself along with my sister. All I know is I was on the road that so far I had no one pass going the opposite direction.
At some point I needed to get off the road but I hadn't. I closed my eyes for the first time and noticed I had swerved into the opposite lane, thinking back to the past about what would have happened to me and my sister woke me. Few minutes passed of the same quiet drive and for the second time I had shut my heavy eyes. This time I knew I'd woken up from my car rubbing up against the cliffs rocky edge.
"Damn, that's not gonna be good."
I knew at once my parents were going to kill me but I know if I wasn't going to tell them and get it fixed, they would find out at some point. As to me getting in trouble with them on the issue with the car, they'd be happier to see me alive.
As I had begun to pull over to take a rest I pass out.
I woke in a daze and became alert as I had noticed I had gone off the side of the road into the trees.
I looked over to where my car window had been smashed as if someone was going to help me get out while I was unconscious. But all I came to see was five separate syringes stuck in my side.
As I was carefully taking the needles out I notice some print in the vials attached. One of them read "P-003-NAN". Each of them read different numbers 001 to 005. I had made a mental note to make sure that I research the meaning before I rush to the emergency room Incase it was something infectious to prevent anyone else from attracting a new or old disease.
I opened the door much more easily than i would have thought due to the door being beaten in as much as it was. As it squeaked open I thought it was going to just fall off.
I get up out of the car to look at where I had driven off the road and I had missed three trees. When I was looking around for anyone who could be around, I saw another vehicle up against a tree as if the driver slid into the tree. As I approached the vehicle I saw a trail of blood. The blood trail had come from the car as there had been no one in the car.
The car had what had to be bullet holes in the windshield. As there was blood on the seat where the holes had corresponded with the windshield.
As to find where the blood trail went I followed the foot prints in the slightly wet mud. I noticed the blood and foot prints had lead to my side of the car then walked off to the break in the trees ahead.
When I had arrived at the small field of grass that had been slightly trampled on I noticed what looked like a man laying on flattened tall grass. Then the man heard me slowly approach he rose his head.
"Come here," weakly calling out "you need to know what I pulled you into."
