*2nd realm—Qi Harvesting

-Body Strengthening: The very first stage in cultivation. In this step, a cultivator aims to strengthen their mortal body and create the first foundation.
-Flesh Refinement: Strengthens the outer layer of the body and allows the infusing of qi through the epidermises of the skin.
-Vitals Refinement: Strengthens the organs situated behind the rib cage mostly and creates a breath that changes shapes when exhaled.
-Amending Thew: A remodelling and strengthening of the muscles and living tissue.
-Osseous Forging: this is when a cultivator is able to flow his qi through his bones in order to strengthen them.
-Meridian Awakening: The stage where the meridians begin to unlock and allow the circulation of qi throughout your body. After this realm, a cultivator's lifespan increases and their overall strength shoots up. This considered a last stage of the Corporeal Altering to those that will pursue only qi gathering.
-Tempering Marrow: In this stage a cultivator will be able to flow his qi through the bone marrow and create another flow along the meridians. Tempering the marrow increases the strength and constitution drastically, as well as enable the cultivator to begin his breakthrough to the last three independent realms of the Corporeal Altering.
*Qi Harvesting: In this realm, a dantian also know as the field of elixirs will form in the cultivators body where qi will be condensed instead of the meridians. Qi will also receive refinement and could be used easily by pouring it into specific parts of your body.
