One fine day, the beasts that adopted towards the bone chilling cold reproduced and amassed their numbers, when suddenly a deafening sound echoed throughout the continent.
As the largest ice berg collapsed, tremors ran across the ice land. The cracks was so large that the beasts were caught up and fell down it then died.
The event or the situation was so sudden that the beasts could not react in time while some managed to escape, still a whole bunch of their population were nearly wiped out from the face of this world.
As the event went through, no one was able to understand or know how a large and sturdy big chunk of ice berg would suddenly collapse.

"When I woke up after I fell unconscious, I was in the middle of an ocean. I was just floating and the water felt really good.
Actually the sun up ahead at that time was shining brightly making the sea quite warm.
Soooo..... I decided to just float around and drift within the ocean.
Well look, the situation back then was so sudden, I really dont know why it happened before I slid by I just saw a squirrel, and when I blanked out I knew it was that thing's fault.
Damn that squirrel!
