Chapter 157: The Super Baby
Shiro' slowly began to pick up tjhe baby from the ship. As he stared into his blue eyes, his mind flashed, as the events of superman, played into his head....the events of multiple supermans, the great hero, the one who inspires others to do what is right, what is this, why is he here...
"'System, what is going on?' he asked,
[The presence, gave you the last Son of Krypton, because he recognized the butterfly effect, and took things in his own hands, because the moment you have arrived, Superman would have died on his planet, , but the presence saw it, and saved him, because if You had not, there would be no greator hero, to save his chosen people, than him]
"And he gave me the responsibility to raise him?" Shiro asked outloud....
"I'm sorry, who gave you what responsibility to raise who..." Naruko asked....
Shiro smiled at her, "Well, he is the counterpart to a Godking I used to serve once..."
The familes eyes widened, and Shiro continued, "He is the creator of this realm, and thought it would be a good Idea to raise this baby, who in the future, grows up to be the greatest heroes in existence."
Shiro kooked down at him, he suddenly started to feel guilty..."And it was because of me, he would have died..."
Naruko put her hand on his shoulder, and came up to him before enveloping him in a hug from behind, "Well, I guess you will just have to do what you've always done huh?" she whispered..
Shiro looked towards her, his eyes slightly widened, "But...I've never raised a baby before..."
"Uh Dad, hello!" Goku waved with a smirk, "Did you forget about me?"
"But...you were already somewhat grown..." Shiro whispered, his eyes locked onto the babies eyes, "I...I don't think I'm mentally prepared for this..."
Gine laughed, "Dear..I don't think you'll ever be mentally prepared to raise a child." her lips quirked upwards as she glanced to her own son who pouted, "Trust me on this one..."
"But..." Shiro swallowed, as more images played out in his head. "He grows up with the Kents, without them, he wouldn't have the same morals...He wouldn't be the hero he was destined to be..."
Naruko laughed. "Whats destiny?" She asked with humor pointing at her, "I have no Idea what that even means...."
Hinata giggled, and nodded her head, "Right you are Naruko-chan, besides, I don't see any reason why you can't just teach him those values yourself."
"But..."
"No buts..." Naruko leaned forward and kissed him softly on the cheek, "Well, you said he grows up to be the greatest hero huh?." A smirk began to form on her lips, " then raise him to be better than all of those heroes you invisioned, and you won't have to do it alone, we will help you."
Shiro gazed at the rest of his family, who all smiled at him and nodded their head, when his eyes landed on Goku...he smirked,, "Don't worry dad, I will be his best brother,"
Shiro smiled at him, though he was feeling very nervous, he stared into the babies eyees, another series of images flashed into his head, of the babies future, a warm feeling began to rise in his chest, it was....he couldn't explain it, but maybe....maybe this wouldn't be so bad after all...
"Clark...." he muttered after a long moment, "Welcome to the family."
