Chapter 1: CHAPTER 1 "ANOTHER WORLD"
It was a hot summer, hotter than what I had expected it to be as i woke up drenched in sweat in my own bed.
I checked my phone only to see that it was already 10:46 am, we had no classes anyways it's fine. I stood up and walked out of my room towards the kitchen of my apartment and fixed myself a meal.
"ooohhh this looks good"
Speaking as if I was eating a 5 star meal which turned out to be a pack of ramen that's about to expire. I opened my phone and clicked on the app "time to read again I guess" I spoke.
I scrolled through the pages while eating my ramen, being immersed to the story having no care of what was happening around me I choked from my food, I couldn't breathe thinking to myself 'That's one shit of a way to go' as my vision darken slowly until I could no longer see anything.
A light? What is that? Am I in heaven or something? I never thought I would ever get into heaven but maybe?
'Oh what in the actual... What is this?!
I got smaller??! No way?!! Did I just got reincarnated?!' I thought while looking at my tiny hands as I barely had control over them.
Questions flooded my mind thinking that my child like dream of being reincarnated after reading too many novels would finally come true but the thoughts and excitement stopped as I felt the rumbling in my stomach as if my body talking to me saying I was hungry, how do you get food as a child again? Ah yes!
"Wwwaaaaaaahhhhhhhh!!waaaaaaaahhhhh!"
Shit this is embarrassing, I was 23 before I died and I was about to finish my college studies I'm basically a grown man but here I am crying for food. Loud thuds came running towards the door as it bursts open with two figures rushing towards me.
"Rein! Lucy's awake! Get the milk bottle"
"Got it!"
'Aahh is this my mother? She's pretty, she looks quite young how old even is she? And what's with those ea....' my thoughts stop as another thought entered my tiny brain
'Hold up! Did they just call me Lucy?! Then how about my family jewels?! No waayyyyy!! Noooo!!'
"here, you should stop calling him Lucy all the time Ell, he might get confused"
The man who seems to be named Rein handed a bottle of milk to the woman who seems to be my mother, is he my dad then?
"you're right, I'll start calling him his real name then, from now on youre name is Lucius... Lucius Thorne"
Phew thank God atleast I'm still a man!

A couple months had passed and I learned a lot about this new world, Firstly my parent's names are Rein Thorne and Elaine Thorne they are both Elves which makes me an elf as well, Second there are 5 main races in this world and those are the Humans, Elves, Dwarves, Demons, and Monsters, the last two are quite confusing but simply put the Demon race is similar to humans but they have horns growing on their heads while the Monsters are basically a compilation of other races like orcs and goblins but to make it simple they just characterize as monsters,Third is I learned that my father was a viscount of the Windvale Kingdom which makes me the firstborn to be an earl, Fourth is about the legend of the 7th birthday, and lastly and the biggest one yet is that magic exists in this world!
My long awaited dream of being able to wield magic with my own two hands might not be far fetched anymore!!
Yes there still are questions like how I can still remember my past life and how I instantly understood the language of this world but those are questions that could be answered another time
