The members of the house sat in a big living room, with an anxious face.

Rahul and Vikram descended the staircase along with a Police Officer, a man in a white lab coat, and a lady constable.

When they entered the living room, everyone stood up and watched them.

The Police Officer swept his gaze all over them and said, "We have taken her blood samples. Whether she was involved in taking drugs or not, it will be clear once the results are out. She is still under our surveillance and we have accepted the request of letting her stay under house arrest till her first trial. Till then, I advise you all too, should stay in your house if you don't want trouble from reporters. We are still investigating the matter."

He then nodded at Vikram and Anant and went to the entrance with the man and lady constable. Vikram followed them out to see them off.
