Chapter 25: The Hangout (Short Chapter)

--3rd Person--
"So let me get this straight, after you finished kicking my ass in front of the entire school, then you ended up getting challenged by Rumi here, who is a member of the big three, got your ass kicked, and then confessed in front of the entire school." Obito asks while holding his face in his hands.
He then looks over to Rumi whose face is slightly red and looking at the table, "And you actually said yes?"
She nods, "Yep pretty much."
Obito then sighs as he looks half dead, "I mean, I know the two of you are battlemaniacs and don't do things the normal way, but this is just too weird."
The rest of the table bursts out laughing. After school ended and everyone was excused from the medical ward, Madara, Rumi, Obito, Ochaco, Itachi, Nejire, Mirio, and Kirishima all decided to head out to dinner together.
They are all currently sitting at a large table on the Patio of a restaurant next to a large empty park.
Kirishima then pumps his fist as he declares, "That fight was awesome! Especially once Madara's right eye changed."
Mirio nods, "Agreed. It was really quite impressive. Your technique was quite polished, I don't think I've ever seen a fighting style like yours."
Madara smiles and nods back, "I took the style that our sensei from our old dojo taught, and fused it with my own ideals and techniques to create it. It' still not perfected yet, but it's getting there."
Nejire then smiles at Madara wickedly, a look that greatly disturbed both Mirko and Mirio as they had never seen her look like this before, "Oh Madara, you didn't forget about our bet now did you?"
Madara freezes while Ochaco then curiously asks, "What bet?"
Nejire then smiles sweetly at Madara who was sitting directly acrossed from her, "Oh, you see a little while back, I made a bet with Madara for 5 weeks of mothers dessert if he fell in love with you."
Madara simply lowers his head in shame and regret remembering his loss against nejire impeccable matchmaking skills.
Rumi on the other hand gasps, "Eh? You actually predicted this?"
Mirio shakes his head, "Nejire, are you honestly surprised?"
After thinking about it for a moment, she shakes her head, "I guess not. I just find it weird cause I never thought anything like this would happen."
Itachi then shrugs, "I mean, you guys are both battlemaniacs obsessed with strength, so it's not really too surprising now that I think about it. But still I never thought Madara would get a girlfriend. After all, he pretty much only spends his time training."
Mirko smile, "That sounds nice."
Madara then nods, "Yah, want to join me? I usually train at the same field we spared at after classes on weekdays, and on weekends I run for around 20 miles to the mountains and climb those to train at the top. You want to join me? I could use some company."
Rumi nods excitedly, "yah that sounds awesome! Then I'll get to beat your ass again!"
Madara chuckles, "For now you can. Better be happy while it lasts, I'll surpass you soon!" While this conversation is going on, Madara places his left hand under the table and searches for a moment.
Within seconds Madara's hand finds what it's looking for and grasps Rumi's hand in a gentle grip. Rumi noticing this, grips back lightly and turns slightly red from embarrassment, but continues talking normally."
The group hang out for another hour before finally dispersing and heading back to their respective homes. To prepare for the next day.
