Chapter 35: Ch-34:Fenlie Zwigo
During the past decades, the entire world had transformed due to the intervention of cultures from different worlds.
The cultivators who had traveled to other worlds also returned, bringing with them different cultures, resources, weapons, and many more.
Yet, hidden beneath the benefits were the plans of the most talented person of this generation, who was the grandson of the ruler of their world.
He had access to all the resources their world had to offer as it was under the complete control of his grandfather, who invested in him wholeheartedly.
This was the same man who entered the ancient ruins alongside Raon and had gotten an ancient white ornate ring from there.
He was the one who could woo any female due to his intrinsic charm, irrespective of her race, age, marital status, bloodline, children, or family.
All the females that were wooed by him once would hold on to their feelings for all eternity, as the ones he met wouldn't have met him for five centuries.
Those females, under his orders, had been taking soft control over their world to impress him and be rewarded with his child.
He personally visited every single world without any obstruction due to his backing and own strength, but most importantly, the females who gained power only to help him.
With such intricate power at his beck and call, he had no problems visiting any world as he spent decades taking over them completely.
Call it fate or not, but the last world that he came to conquer was Raon's, as the rest of the worlds were already under him by at least forty percent, directly or indirectly.
The time he came into this world, alongside several of his females and his several children, was more than a few centuries after the inter-world traversal became active.
In the meantime, many things had happened in this world, but it all began with the time Raon met Hexine and faced his true self while gaining knowledge of hidden secrets.
The newcomer, Fenlie Zwigo, still appeared the same with long white hair and bluish eyes decorating his handsome face, but now he also carried a look of maturity on his youthful visage.
Even Zwigo's personal strength had reached another milestone, as he could be hailed as one of the top thousands on any word that he traversed.
Along with the sizable army of females, his children, his masters, and his guardians, he was at the top of the food chain anywhere he traveled.
Unfortunately, even with that much power, control, fame, reverence, and women, he wasn't satisfied, as his tendencies to conquer knew no bounds.
He had already planned and taken action to take over all the worlds as soon as inter-world traversal became viable, irrespective of the huge costs.
After all was said and done, one couldn't deny their roots; he hailed from a family that conquered and dominated their entire world, so how could he not have similar ideals?
With his continuous efforts, everyone was aware of his doings, yet who could dare attack him when he had so many strong(wo)men protecting him?
Worse so, almost every female that he put in his eyes was claimed by him, making most powers unable to do anything except bend at his will.
Due to the females being taken to his side, their total power fell, and not everyone could attack their family members for this as it was a matter of just submitting to a different master.
Well, his heaven-defying talent was the reason many willingly sent their family's or clan's or kingdom's or empire's female members to build a connection with him.
Fenlie Zwigo was one-of-a-kind with his light elemental affinity and his never-before-seen cultivation speed and comprehension talent.
But that wasn't everything there was to him, as he could even fight and kill enemies across realms that were far stronger than him.
If one had to say who benefited the most, then it would undoubtedly be Zwigo, as he gained control over such an astronomical amount of resources.
If not for the fact that he still couldn't ascend, as there were very very few people who ascended successfully and left records regarding the final realms even when taking an entire world as a scale.
He had traversed through multiple worlds, but all the information he found regarding the higher realms as well as crossing the last hurdle still eluded him.
This was the reason he actually went for conquering the worlds and not some made-up story like his personal greed.
He could care less about the females or even his own descendants, as he was just using them as a means to achieve his goal. Yes, descendants, as some of his children had already become parents.
Rather, he was quite annoyed at the females chiding him for physical intimacy and the requirement of satiating them, as it was a waste of time to him.
The sole reason he didn't have thousands of children was that it was impossible due to the barrier that prevented the conception of stronger cultivators with weaker ones.
The heavens were truly fair to prevent a strong cultivator from mass-producing children through various females or impregnating herself through males all her life.
It was impartial to both genders as the restrictions worked on them equally, but it gave females an advantage due to their having to give birth and being unable to progress equally.
Their advantage was carried forward across species barriers as all females were more in tune with energy itself, making them naturally better at cultivation and comprehension than males.
This advantage and the ease of using the wooed females for his work were why he still used them, despite the shortcomings that he felt frustrated by.
One thing that he noticed in Raon's world was that it hadn't progressed under his hold as he expected it to, and that intrigued him.
Rather than feeling disappointed or angered, he felt intrigued due to the fact that he was bored with the monotonous life that he had been living.
Zwigo sent his 7 main harem members to investigate the power system in this world, as it didn't seem as simple as in other worlds.
"Even the energy in the environment is denser and varies much more than other ones, though it pales in comparison to my home" voiced out Zwigo to no one in particular.
He liked to be left alone whenever possible to be out of sight of the females drooling at him; although annoyed and frustrated, he still liked that sight.
Surprisingly, it took his 7 wives as well as previous female mates around a month to gather accurate information and report it to him.
"Darling, the six large-sized powers control the majority of the world by ruling over many medium-sized and small-sized powers" said his first wife.
"Love, this world has even a few demon-beast-ruled continents that may have unextracted resources" said his fourth wife.
"Honey, the previous subordinates were useless and got eliminated or didn't get any major powers under them" said his fifth wife.
His other wives hadn't returned or were already busy carrying out his orders as he pondered what to do next.
"Hmm, let's take over some large-sized power and use them as our puppets. On second thought, let's take down two" he said and left.
His first, fourth, and fifth wives left to gather information and take over the powers, as they had to decide who to take over without any commotions to not make their other prey wary.
They had already done it countless times, and their first step in gathering information was finding beautiful females in any power that had some say in their powers.
Afterward, they would kidnap or make Zwigo meet them, as his charms could beguile literally any woman that exists, irrespective of her likes or dislikes.
The funny fact was that they were his most prominent seven victims, as even their position wasn't fixed if they couldn't keep up with their competitors.
Yes, despite being victims, they never thought so, as it was a feeling of pride to serve Zwigo inside them, who had forced them to be with him and serve all his needs.
The man in question had insatiable needs, yet he felt annoyed by others' needs as he was a narcissistic person who cared for none other than himself.
Both his parents were killed by his grandfather in front of him, yet he didn't bat an eye. Why would he care about switching the ones he called his seven wives?
It wasn't the end of him, though, as he did take over more women in this world. In less than a decade, he had two large-sized powers and all their subordinates under him.
These powers made him rule over multiple continents as he took over even more powers with beauties under him, and he kept them on the lookout for ascenders' records.
Despite scouring through so many worlds, he only had half-baked knowledge until he heard of two ascenders around five centuries ago, and that region also had records of two ascenders dating back thousands of years.
Without a doubt, this region was the Daiyu Continent, which Raon had gathered a strong hold over.
