Chapter 2: Three Women, Three Genres
A woman in her twenties with large powder white drills, wearing a beige dress and reinforced manacles, Louisa, sat in one corner on what appears to be one of the most comfiest cushions she has ever sat on! Even in the Imperial Palace! There is even a massage function!
Across her is a young blond haired woman around 18-19 years of age, the latest of being engaged, who was here before her. The woman was wearing undergarments barely covering her stomach, puffy trousers, and a black jacket made of animal leather with an eagle at the back. She was also smoking something like a cigar except much smaller. Her skin was tanner and a series of slashes and scarring are littered across her skin. She introduced herself as Joe.
The being who brought them into the, what they call, Space Between Worlds, was very polite and looked like a bright window floating in the air, emitting a soft light.
They introduced themselves as B System, a sentient machine able to choose a host to accompany through different worlds so to accomplish missions.
That was just overwhelming, but Louisa will wait as requested as that was the least she could do after what happened with her engagement.
From being humiliated, imprisoned, and sold by her former betrothed to another country, only to find herself facing B System, she just laughed in relief and hysteria.
According to B System, another one will join them in the waiting area to brief them about their grouping.
WHOOSH!
A portal opened in front of them and a person dropped in roughly.
The other two were startled and quickly leapt up. Joe whipping out a gun while Louisa placed her manacles in front herself.
The girl slowly sat up and rubbed her aching nose. "Geez System! Can't you gentler on the landing?"
[⚛️: I can.]
"Then why was the landing so rough?! And on my face too!"
[⚛️: You are still alive, right?]
"Arrgh!"
The System then turned to Louisa and Joe. [⚛️: Apologies for the commotion, this is Miss Akemi.]
Akemi glared at the unapologetic System and turned her head causing her to see two other much more attractive girls and for the other two to see her clearly.
Akemi is a short teenage girl with straight black hair and wearing what seems to be a high school uniform. "Hi, I am Akemi! I am from Japan and before anything happens– I call "Waste to Genius" as my mission genre!"
DING!

Akemi has selected "Waste to Genius"
Sending Beginner Package...]
[⚛️: Package has been downloaded and received. Congratulation🎉.]
Akemi grinned at the others. "I would like to begin the mission!"
[⚛️: Mission Launch Standby.]
That causes the two to snap from their surprise. Joe aims her gun and shoots at Akemi.
BANG!
Akemi disappeared and so did the bullet. Joe is livid and turned to the System. "What the zombie?! I was the first one here and that wuss got dibs on one of the genres! What are you going to do about compensation, huh?!"
[⚛️: She broke no rules. All three of you were present when she choose her genre.]
Joe gritted her teeth. "What about my bullet? Those are limited."
[⚛️: The bullet has returned to your gun.]
Joe glared and turned to check her gun. Sure enough, the bullet was in the gun.
[⚛️: Please choose and select your genre.]
Joe breathe out and turned to Louisa uncertainly. "You wanna go or...?"
Louisa quietly gestured for her to go choose.
Joe let out a small grin. "Thanks Lou!" To the System, she says, "Rule the ? world for my genre."

"Family Life is my genre." Said the newly nicknamed Lou, afterwards.
