Chapter 44: 3-3: Dullahan

The northern parts of the southeasternmost Territory known as the Extollan Wastes were quite known for its rugged savannah-like terrain. Unlike the hilly and arid landscape where the Lust Demons and the Chimeras made their homes at, it was relatively fertile with more expansive shrubbery and clumps of trees here and there, owing to its proximity to the Asphodel River - a large stretch of surging water that practically divided the continent from its upper two-thirds and a lower third. Unlike the temperate regions north of the River, its southern neighbor was alarmingly bleak and sweltering, cursed to an eternal summer by the ever-wrathful volcano known as Gladiolus Peak in the southwest.
