Chapter 31: Bonding after an attack

I see one of my brothers, at the brink of death and I don't know what to do. Everyone is already awake at this point. I walk over to Moe and his eyes are slightly open. Getting on my knees I grab him by his waist until he is in my arms. I need to get him help first. He groans out in pain as I lift him up and carry him. Blood covers my body as I lead him to the direction of our infirmary. Someone did this to him and whoever did this came into the community. I see the bite marks on his neck. There are numerous, which tells me that Moe fought with whoever hurt him. 

I stop in front of the infirmary and Volk, one of the healers walks out and his eyes open wide from the shock that is in my arms. 

"What happened?" he asks as the same time grabs Moe from me. I follow him into the building and he places Moe on a bed in a room. 

"I don't know, i found him like this. Will he be alright?"
