Chapter 42: CH.39 - Sick.
A/N : Hey, it's been a while huh ? I really wanted to have a constant release schedule but things happened, and after that college started and so I focused more on my studies these first few weeks.
I'll try to release some chapter on week-ends but don't expect something on week days.

"..What?!" Yue asked, shocked.
She couldn't understand, Enkai, sick ? He was strong enough to flatten everything on his way, this type of guy was sick ? But the thing she felt the most in sadness, she couldn't bear to see Enkai leave.
"...I have a weird body, or at least this is what the doctor said. I was healthy my body was, and couldn't be any more healthier...but I have a brain tumour. So even if my body is healthy, my brain isn't. The weird thing is that only my brain is concerned. So...even if I gained power in this new world I don't think I am cured."
"...Why are you telling me this now?" Asked Yue, her eyes completely red from holding the tears from escaping.
"I want to be honest, this is my ulterior motive as to why I wanted to finish the other Dungeons, I heard about the Spirit Magic from Orcus Library, I want to heal myself." Enkai said, still looking at the stars.
"...and are you still thinking about dying ?" Yue calmed down a little bit, one could see from her tone, returning from her usual monotonous voice.
"If you asked me before entering Orcus Library then I would say yes, I pretty much did everything I wanted in my life thanks to my family but now...I have a way to live, and to atone for what I did to certain people" Enkai said with a wry smile this time.
"...Atone for what exactly ?" Asked Yue seeing his wry smile.
"Well...I didn't want people to pity me for my disease so only my mother and grandparents were made aware...and so I gained some liberty,I didn't have to follow those boring class for management or anything. I was pretty much free to the jealousy of my sister.
And so...I maybe, made the most of what little time I had and long story short, people were hurt" Enkai replied.
"...Women?" Yue asked, she didn't know why but she had a hunch about it.
"...Well yes" Enkai stopped looking at the stars and now looked at her, still having a wry smile, but it was now twitching since Yue discovered something he didn't really want to say.
"...Okay"
Yue replied, surprising Enkai, he thought she would pout or would be mad but none of this happened.
"...I know what you are thinking...but I am glad...glad since Enkai can still live after all" Yue, as if to know Enkai's thoughts said, with a beaming smile. Making even Enkai falling in trance.
"Yes...so, let's smash all of these Dungeons Yue and get the Ancient magic." Enkai said, gazing back at the stars with determination.
As if to respond to his determination some of the stars flashed, while some other appeared in the starry sky, making the scene even more mystic.
"..Mmh" Yue nodded.
And so after that, ten day passed, with the different Tribes getting used to seeing Enkai.
After carefully watching him and seeing he really didn't mean any harm, many of the civilian got used to him and now even greeted him when they saw him.
Of course some were still being cautious toward him, especially the guards, they simply couldn't forget what Enkai did.
During those ten days, the Haulia Tribe training also started, and surprisingly Shia also joined them.
At first Yue almost killed them for their weakness, the Rabbitsmen couldn't even hurt an ant, angering the vampire princess. Her training was so effective that it transformed them into bloodthirsty warriors. Enkai couldn't even recognise them at the end. The only one who didn't change was Shia, who according to Yue, was talented in body strengthening magic.
She became a full fledged Tank.
In the meantime Enkai didn't sit aside doing nothing, he trained like he did every time he had spare time to.
He also talked to the Elves leader, Amelia, she came to his house to talk. He discovered why she was the leader even if she was this young.
The World Tree chose her when she was born and so as the "priestess" she was effectively named an Elder, of course she didn't assume her function until she was 18, a year ago.
Finally, Enkai felt a bit better inside. After talking to Yue.
Back on the world he would hide and do different things to not let him think about it.
He thought that talking about it to feel better was bullshit and always refused his mother and grandparents help. He admitted that he was wrong. Sometimes it really does work.
Today was the day they would finally have the chance to enter the dungeon. Unfortunately, they had to walk a little bit, no one lived close to the dungeon, since the dungeon was "inside" the World Tree and only the priestess was allowed to get close to it.
And so, after Yue finished training the Haulia and disciplining them after a bit of a problem happened, Enkai and her joined Amelia before a gate, mode entirely of wood.
"Everyone is here? Let's get going then" Amelia said with her peaceful voice and a smile.
"Yes, let's g—What is it Yue?" Enkai asked Yue as she pulled on his white jacket, looking down.
"Issue…" Yue said in a sad, almost remorseful voice.
"I don't understand" Enkai was truly confused about why Yue was acting like that. He was to grab her face to let her face him when he her a voice.
"Enkaaaai-san, Yueeee-san!!~~"
"Wait for me!"
Enkai looked at her and asked "What are you doing here Shia?"
"? Didn't Yue-san tell you ? I am coming with you!"
"No."
"Enkai.."
At this moment, Yue started talking, she looked at Enkai and a little bit guilty explained.
It seems like Yue and Shia made a bet where if Shia was able to injure Yue, she would allow her to come with Enkai and her. If it was not the case, Shia would abandon any idea she had.
Of course Yue accepted since she looked down on Shia, still viewing her as the poor girl who begged them for help.
And so during the ten days training, Shia tried everyday to injure without being able to.
The last day was when she did it. Alas it was only because Yue was tricked. Shia used the fog, which became unnaturally very thick to her advantage as Yue didn't see like Enkai.
And so Shia won the bet.
"…Yue" Enkai sighed, to be honest he was not angry or anything but troubled, he didn't know if it was worth the risk, what could Shia apport ?
If you asked this, apart from her energetic self, nothing much, Enkai and Yue were strong enough.
"Sorry.." Yue talked, not with her monotonous voice as always but remorse.
"*Sigh*…it's okay…but I don't know if she can come, Amelia?" Enkai asked to Amelia, with a resigned smile.
The latter only smile in return. "There is no issue Enkai-sama, Shia can come to"
Yes, she addressed him as "sama" he didn't really know why, in this world he didn't have any standings.
"…Oi, useless rabbit, you better not be annoying or make us slow down, I will definitely abandon you" Enkai warned Shia.
"That's mean Enkai-san!~~" Shia didn't take his word seriously and said with a fake pained expression.
"Oi, I am really not joking with you if you—" Enkai saw that, and as he was to lecture her.
"Found You."
