Chapter 6: KNOW YOU’RE PLACE AND KICK HER OUT
"Nai Nai what smells so good?" Yan Bei Cheng asked his grandmother who went back to playing mahjong with the older ladies.
"Xiao Xi made snacks for us. Here have some, it's so good. Old Madame Mo if you come here often with Xiao Xi, I will definitely get fat."
Old Madame Mo was so proud of her Granddaughter in Law that she just smiled at Old Madame Yan.
The other men heard what Old Madame Yan said they wanted to taste Bai Xin Xi's snack.
They all headed to the kitchen area they all grabbed a piece of the desert. As they were about to bite on the snack a cold aura was right behind them.
"Eat if you dare," the handsome man was cold his words carried consequences. He was slightly taller than the rest of them. He stood tall 1.9m long. The man had a king like aura that none of the friends couldn't resist. They all dropped their snack down and starred at it sadly.
"Really Mo Yan is it really that serious, let us eat the snack from Little Sis in law?" Yan Bei Cheng complained.
"Look Sister in Law isn't here to help save us so even if we were to complain about it, we won't be able to win," Qi Man said.
Mo Yan looked at the sorry men who didn't have girlfriends or wives yet.
"Looks like we need to find you someone to make you all snacks?" he said.
All of them were in disbelief.
"Xi Xi what is it with you I saw you stare at the male god."
She bashfully starred out the window. She knew that with him there would be nothing since he already had someone who he liked.
"Stop teasing me, how about you and Wei Zhen Bei have you moved in on him?"
"You!!! I can't believe you, of course I've tried but he won't budge. That man is hardheaded, he's waiting for someone to steal me first. I tried everything in my power to make the man like me. He knows that I like him maybe I should tell Grandma Wei to force him to marry me."
She smiled at her friends' evil thought. She knew that if provoked she would do just that.
"Tell me what you have been doing?"
Bai Xin Xi went aboard to finish her MBA. Her real dream was to be a fashion designer, like her mother. Although she had a talent for business like her father and grandfather. She was more like her mother more feminine and delicate. She had been hired as a business consultant under the name of Mr. White. The way she handled business was fast and fierce.
"I'm trying to find somewhere to work, I can't sit around and do anything."
"You think your mother and grandmother will let you work…"
"Fei Fei I can't bring down the Mo family forever I'll need to help pay them back for all the kindness that they all have given me. I have been a burden on them, I just want to live a simple life when Mo Yan and I split up." Han Yi Fei could sense the sadness in her voice.
"Bai Xin Xi, I know my brother is looking for someone for his finance department do you want me to ask him? If you get the job, then I get to see you every day."
"Erm."
Both of them arrived at Pavilion Mall which was owned by the Mo Family. As they entered the mall many people who were shopping around the mall noticed Han Yi Fei. Due to it being Mo Family mall Han Yi Fei knew that the guards would make sure that no one would disrupt them not because of her of course.
They walked through the mall and found a clothing store. "Xi Xi let's go in here I have to get more clothes."
Han Yi Fei picked up a couple of dresses and went to the dressing room leaving Bai Xin Xi to look around the store. As she looked around the store, she found a really pretty tie. She picked it up.
'This looks so pretty I wonder if Mo Yan would like it.'
"Miss would you like for me to package this up for you?"
"Erm," they both went to the counter.
"Is there no one here to help me?"
"Ting Ting we should go because apparently we are not important enough for this store."
Bai Xin Xi saw the rude pair talking, her face scrunched up. She didn't know why they were talking so loudly and being so bad-mannered. Both girls were in Chanel dresses and carrying around expensive Hermes bags clacking in there thousand-dollar fancy shoes.
The worker who was helping out Bai Xin Xi at checkout went to help the two out.
"I'm sorry, Miss Bai please let me help you anyway that I can."
"Don't you know who I am, how can you help her instead of me?" Bai Ping Ting looked arrogantly at her.
"How could you help her, don't you see that she is the Young Miss Bai, do you guys think that she is a nobody like her?" they pointed towards the direction that Bai Xin Xi was wearing.
Bai Xin Xi didn't want to cause any trouble. She looked at the pair and was about to walk off to the dressing room where Han Yi Fei was.
Bai Ping Ting walked up to Bai Xin Xi, "You guys just let whoever come into this store?" She eyed her up and down.
"Miss Bai I'm sorry she…."
Bai Xin Xi heard the store worker call the other girl Miss Bai. She knew exactly who this rude girl was.
"Ting Ting let's leave this store obviously this low life is more important than you. My dad knows Young Master Mo, so I'll tell him that his stores have been belittling us."
The sales associate was scared, "Miss Bai I'm so sorry is there anything that I can do?"
"Know you're place and kick her out." Bai Ping Ting and Luo Shi saw how pretty the girl was they both were getting out of the restaurant because they were both on a date but both men caught the beautiful girl who was shopping. They praised her beauty and completely ignored them after spotting her. Bai Ping Ting was mad that this girl showed up to steal her men she was the most beautiful in all of City Z she wouldn't let this gold digger win.
"Let's go show this girl a lesson."
Hence why they were in the store bothering her.
It was her cousin, currently her cousin wanted her out of the store, it was not necessarily now all she wanted to do was to get out. She didn't want to see her cousin, nor did she want her cousin to know that she was back otherwise her life would be in a mess again.
"It's alright no need to kick me out I'll leave on my own."
"So, you're trying to be a white lotus, huh. Don't you know who I am or are you new to this world."
"Looks to me that you don't know who I am let me show you who I am," Bai Ping Ting was about to slap Bai Xin Xi's face.
"Young Miss Bai if I were you, I would not move an inch. Unless you want me to ask the guards to throw you out of this mall and ban you from it." Han Yi Fei came out and saw that Bai Ping Ting was about to slap Bai Xin Xi. Her heart was racing.
"Young Miss Han we are sorry."
If you were to look at social status Han Yi Fei was more important than Bai Ping Ting. So now the workers would rather piss Bai Ping Ting.
Bai Xin Xi just wanted to leave, she didn't want to talk to Bai Ping Ting and have them know that she was back. She looked desperately towards Han Yi Fei.
Han Yi Fei saw the look in her eyes.
"Since Young Miss Bai thinks she is so important please assist her instead." She grabbed Bai Xin Xi's hands and walked off.
"Hold on, this girl is with you? So, she's you're help I would be careful if I were you. She might steal what you have." Bai Ping Ting smirked as she looked at the both of them.
Bai Xin Xi held her hands in a fist. She never wanted to see her extended family again if she can even call them that. Bai Ping Ting was still mean as usual.
"The friend next to you is more of snake then her. Let's go."
"You think she can just leave I want to teach her a lesson Miss Han. Your helper has insulted me." Luo Shi moved so fast that the slap across her face was Bai Xin Xi's face.
Bai Xin Xi didn't move fast enough, nor did she know that she was going to be slapped in the face.
Shocked that she was slapped her eyes turned dark. When Luo Shi dropped her hand down Bai Xin Xi roughly grabbed her wrist.
"Did you think that because we walked away it was because I was scared of you?"
Luo Shi saw the dark glint in Bai Xin Xi's eyes. Not very often does she show this side of hers to others. Luo Shi's lips were quivering. "Miss Luo let me return you the favor."
Bai Xin Xi cleanly slapped Luo Shi's face cleanly marking her caked-up face some of her makeup residue was left on her hands. "How could you slap me? I'm the daughter of Luo Bin I will sue you!"
"So, just because you're the daughter of CEO Luo you can act like a child. Please don't let other people dictate how you should act like," she looked Bai Ping Ting, "You're the daughter of CEO Luo so you should act like someone who has morals not one without a brain. Let's go Fei Fei, I don't want to associate myself with someone like them."
When they were growing up Bai Xin Xi always been delicate and thoughtful. Soft and caring she always looked weak as if some wind were to blow, she would fall from it.
No matter how much her family members bullied her she would preserve and let it happen. She was appreciative of her uncle and his family for taking care of her causing her to put up with them. The girl now has changed.
Bai Xin Xi walked so fast that it was hard for Han Yi Fei to catch up to her, but her long legs came in handy. "Xi Xi I'm sorry I couldn't protect you." She looked sadly at Bai Xin Xi's hand imprinted face. Her white pearly skin was so sensitive that the scar reddened more if Luo Shi used more strength Bai Xin Xi's face would have bled.
"It's okay, it was unexpected. They're evil people anyways."
Han Yi Fei knew her friends temper, she didn't expect her soft-spoken friend to have such a hard exterior it scared even her.
"Let's go find somewhere to take care of that wound then," she grabbed her arm and bought her to the sixth floor of the mall. The only way to get to Lotus Roots was to go into the private elevator. Because the guards were protecting Bai Xin Xi and Han Yi Fei people who were shopping in the mall could only awe in amazement.
"Miss Han welcome to Lotus Root a table for two?" the hostess said to them.
It took 5 months to get a table at Lotus Root it was one of the best restaurants in the nation. With 4 Michelin stars many people wanted to get a chance to taste the food.
"Yes, please."
The Hostess brought them over to the private room that was reserved only for the Mo Yan and his friends.
"Please get us everything on the menu," the hostess was about to hand them the menu when she stopped mid-way and nodded her head.
The dishes cost at least 1000, "Please charge them to Brother Mo Yan's account too please." The hostess and Bai Xin Xi looked at Han Yi Fei incredulously. Ignoring the woman, she opened her phone to text her brother.
Han Yi Fei: Ge Ge, I don't have brother Mo Yan's phone, but could you tell him that we are at Lotus Root. I ordered everything and I charged it on his tab.
Han Sei Chen was talking to Mo Yan when he heard his phone ding. He saw it and looked at Mo Yan.
"Mo Yan there at Lotus Root eating want to go?"
Without needing his explanation, he knew who he meant. He looked at Han Sei Chen and Yan Bei Cheng and walked towards his car. The other two followed his lead.
Han Sei Chen: Brothers were going to Lotus Root meet you there.
Han Sei Chen: By the way Mo Yan is paying
