Chapter 118: New Nickname

Adelia's eyes widened in shock the moment her gaze found the person who had exclaimed so loudly. He was standing just a few feet away from them with a broad smile on his unbelievably gentle face.

He was a man who looked to be in his early thirties, much younger than her father, with dirty blonde hair and bright sea green eyes. He was in casual attire only consisting of a simple white undershirt, a brown doublet and a pair of straight trousers and fine leather shoes of the same color.

A much younger man in basic commoner clothing stood to his side with his head slightly bowed in their direction.

Adelia swallowed heavily. 'Baron Cavill…?' Her hands began to tremble slightly as she gripped the folds of her dress to control them. 'What on earth is he doing here?!'

He knew her as much as she knew him and he also knew very well that she was forbidden from leaving the castle without consent.
