Chapter 2: Martial Arts
Let's start from the basics.
In novels, it's said that the principle of cultivation come's from the breathing, whereas "Cultivator's" become stronger by "Breathing energy all day", martial artists are said to breath with rythm accompanied by exerting force to refine the muscles, not that it would work well enough, after all bruce lee could only break wood.
days passed, while i am still trying to create a martial arts move to become stronger, but nothing seems to work, i copied and tried almost every martial arts from internet that i could find, but i don't feel getting stronger only tired.
i'm guessing that there is something wrong with what i'm doing, maybe, i should put more emphasis on the breathing rather than in the move, and so, i started practicing, breathing fast, punching, breathing slow, punching, retaining my breath and punching, and something clicked off.
while retaining my breath i felt a force, it felt like KI?, and i punched, again and again and noticed that part of the force from the breathing comes directly to where i'm punching on.
the more i punch while retaining my breath, the more i felt strange, and the less time i need to recover from a punching session, the stronger my punches become.
i felt thrilled and excited, i may have found a way to become strong in this new world, more and more days passed, i practiced punches, kicks, even running but it didn't work well, still i practiced, and feel like i became at least 30% stronger than before.
Then i remember, that if all appliances stop working due to gravity, then i will stop having thing's to eat, no internet, no lights, no cleaner, and no automatic fabrication of food, i started to get goosebumps about my soon-to-be bleak future.
