"Ugh... where am I?" I ask as everything around me is just pure darkness.
I remember everything that I was hit by a lightning, I felt a lot of pain than everything went black.
Maybe this is hell? I don't feel any pain anymore, I must have died already.
Lightning-Kun has got me... maybe I'll get a chance to be reborn in a different world? Maybe I'll get a cheat to live a good life with all the girls I want, I'll even make a harem!
As I turned around I saw two lolis that looked similar except for their hair and eye color. They were looking at me, their face showing no emotions.
(Pov End Reality)
[End -> Origin: This guy gets 3 wishes.]

"Did you guys die as well?" I ask a little happy to have company with someone.
"No, you have been picked randomly after you died to be granted 3 wishes, after that you get to choose where you can go to be it an anime, cartoon, or movie worlds. Now wish up." Said the black haired loli.
Oh, I was picked randomly. I must be lucky. (A/N I don't know about that buddy, they will do anything to ruin your life if you wish for a harem. For example, if you wish to be the most handsome man, you will probably get a deformed or a broken d*ck.)
"Is there a limit?" I ask.
"Yes, don't wish for anything stupid." Said the white haired loli a little anger could be seen on her face.
I was going to wish for them to join my harem but never mind. They will probably kill me or ruin my life. My instinct are just warning me to not mess with them. (A/N Sometimes you gotta believe your instincts ya'know)
"I thank you for this chance. My name is Ben by the way." I say politely bowing a little, not wanting to offend them in anyway possible.
"Just wish up, don't waste our time with introductions and crap." Said the black haired loli tapping her little feet. (A/N It means being impatient btw)
"Yes, ma'am. My first wish would be immortal." I say facing the direction of two lolis.
"Okay. Next wish." Said the black haired loli.
"My second wish is the ability devour, it allows me to get the abilities and stats of people who I kill." I say, this will help me a lot.
"Sure, sure. Next wish."
"My last wish is to be a very handsome man."
"Okay, where do you want to go. Choose a world." said the black haired loli.
"Uhh, I'd like to go to My Hero Academia, I'd like to be born the same time as the main Character, also do I get a quirk or no?"
"Uhh I don't know, the quirk will be random, your family will be random, but hey at-least you will be the same gender~" said the white haired girl with a little smug.
"Okay~ Off you go" Said the black haired girl as she snaps her finger.
I lose my consciousness.
(Pov End Reality)
"Heh~ he really wished for immortality... I didn't think anyone would be stupid enough to wish for that" said Origin even though she was truly immortal herself.
"Well~ It's not really true immortality his body won't die, that doesn't mean his soul can't die~ But he will be alone, forever and watch as the universe die out~ that's a good enough punishment for even thinking of making a harem or thinking of us joining his harem." I say playfully.
"At least I have you to keep me company, honey~" Origin says with an expression I would see only on Yanderes.
Wait Yanderes? Eh, must be my imagination.
"Me too, honey~ I love you the most~" I say with a happy expression. She is my wife, the person I love the most.
"Now let's watch~" I say as I summon a theater.
This theater is able to block anything r-18, I don't want me or my wife to see that kind of stuff of others!
[Place - My hero academia, Some random hospital]
(Pov Ben)
I was just born. It seems I was born into the Todoroki's family as Shoto's twin brother as they said that out-loud, man it's blurry, being a baby sucks and hurts. I hope I have the same quirk as Todoroki.
[Time-Skip - 4 weeks.]
I think I have the same quirk as Shoto, we have the same hair, half white and half red.
[Time-Skip - 5 years.]
Yeah, me and Shoto have the same quirk. Dad started to train us, I also got the same scar as Shoto but it healed, probably because of Immortality. Dad was surprised but didn't say anything.
[Time-Skip - 10 years.]
We're going to UA. I hate Dad like Shoto, why would he do that to mom or to his own kids. He literally trained us till we broke one of our bones. Thankfully I have immorality, I healed super fast.
[Time-Skip - 7 years.]
I had already passed UA, I made friends with the main characters. I became the symbol of peace. I had trained and used every power I had. I had killed All For One and All Might when they were battling and got all their abilities. Thankfully no one saw.
I had a small harem that consists of Nejire Hado, Momo Yaoyorozu, Eri, and Uraraka. Even though harem was frowned upon by society I got a free pass for being the symbol of peace. I love them all with all my hearts. They also love me with all their hearts, they, I think don't care about me having a harem, usually they just don't talk to each other and not have s*x with me in the same room, basically I can't have s*x with more than one of my harem members at the same time.
[Time-Skip - 100 years]
Most of my loved ones have died. Now I think immortality is a curse. The government of the world is trying to find me, as they already know I have immortality hoping to crack immortality and be immortal themselves. Most people support this as they also want to be immortal, they don't care about my heroic activities anymore.
[Time-Skip - 5 billion years]
Everyone has died. Nothing of humanity is left. Immortality is a curse, even if I tried to kill myself, I just can't. If there is god, please save me.
[Time-Skip - 1000 billion years]
The universe is dark. I don't see any star. I just want the universe to end hoping it would kill me. I'm floating around space, I don't even know where I'm going, I'm just going with the flow.
I just want to die.
[Place - Sorry excuse of a void]

"Heh~ At least he got to make a harem. But too bad, he will probably go insane in a while." said Origin with a little laugh.
"True~ If only he had made a wish where he could travel universes or something, he wouldn't be in a situation like that~ You need to think before you wish" I say.
I snap and remove everything there now all that is left is us and endless darkness.
"Hey let's go to my world, let's 'save' it." I say to Origin. (A/N that 'save' could mean anything!!!!!!!)s
"Sure~" Origin replies.
