Chapter 34: W1(29)
Bang!
Jerry's long legs sent the proprietor slamming to the wall with a kick. Wobbling, Jerry barely managed to stabilize himself by holding onto the shelf that he had just bullied. His breath was heavy and he felt his world spinning, his vision was lacking focus and all he could do to keep his consciousness was to bite his tongue hard enough to draw blood but still, it barely worked.
"Mmmph!" Jason tried to speak.
"Jason, right now you're gonna have to be a good little boy and do all I tell you okay?" Jerry said with a weak smile while untying Jason.
'Zero, if I die, what happens to the mission?' Dina asked.
'We can only restart but as it is a waste of energy, we usually try our best to avoid this which is why the host can keep calm as I'll be there to protect you,' Zero said with his usual monotone voice but in a more serious tone.
'Aw, you're such a sweetheart! Well then, my bet's on you,' Dina complimented.

"You're saying that he actually did that?" Elen asked as she looked at Jason who was weeping sorrowfully, feeling only pain in her heart.
"Yeah," Jason said dejectedly while Jessica was crying her head off.
Jerry had mustered his last strength and forced Jason to hide while giving him his phone, his technique was simple but cruel; He was going in for Jason.
He warned Jason not to make a sound until everything calmed down. Jason could only hopelessly watch in suppressed rage and despair as the kidnappers beat up Jerry even in his weak state because he adamantly refused to say where he was till he passed out.
They ended up taking Jerry away instead and that was when he called security.
"You coward! Why didn't you call them when Jerry had a chance?!" Jennifer shouted at him in rage.
"They were Ancients! Any slightest mo..." Jason was cut off by Elen raising her hand to signify him to shut up.
"Did you get any clue at all Jason?" Elen asked weakly.
"Yes! Now you say it I....." Jason started but suddenly stopped talking and bit his lips fiercely.
"SAY! WHAT IS IT!" Jack who looked like he would turn into a fierce mutt at any moment exclaimed.
"It was... Father, I heard them say 'Mr. Johnson wouldn't be happy since this is not his kid' something like that," Jason said heartbreakingly.

In a dark area was a resounding sound of a slap that send shivers down the spine for even those just hearing it, along its sound was another of water being dunked on a person.
The lean figure groaned in protestation turning away from the source of discord but the source seemed too angry to play the nice guy as it roughly grabbed the figure by its hair. White, beautiful white with traces of pink was grasped by the male's rough hand making the owner of the hair gasp in pain.
"Oh you're finally awake prince, how're you doing? Are the drugs kicking in?" The man asked while tugging the hair in wicked playfulness.
"It should work by now, Mr. Johnson would most definitely not be happy that it's this one that we got but he'll have to do," another calm voice stated.
"Tsk-! Because of this pretty thing, we'll lose a chunk of money! That Johnson would definitely not give us the complete price!" The man holding the hair grumbled in annoyance.
"Can I just have fun with it?" The man said again while licking his lips.
"No, remember who we're dealing with! He's gonna butcher us if we dare."
"But it's just a maid...."
The voices faded away as the two men left leaving alone the lone figure tremblingly to get himself up, he grimaced at the pain in his cheeks while frowning heavily.
The figure sat up quietly, not moving, not saying a word, its obscured eyes making it difficult to read his expression.
It looked like a corpse just sitting there silently.

Elen had wanted to make a conference inviting leaders from all over the world and Pures, but due to the circumstances, she ended up canceling the meeting. Everyone was so worried about Jerry and Jack was a thin step away from breaking down, Jessica was fidgeting so much, and no matter what she was told, she refused to sleep.
"Do you think that he'll be okay?" Jason suddenly said with a small mouse voice.
"If it's Mike, I believe he had more plans than to just kill him off," Elen said coolly
"But why would he? He called himself our father and yet tried to kidnap us! And I was just...just..." Jean suddenly burst out.
"You guys don't know Mike, he had always been ambitious. It's as if it is written in him, his want for power, the strong desire to trample and if anyone dared try to stop him, his revenge would be merciless," Elen said.
"You knew all this and yet you made no preparations?!" Jennifer asked in anger
"I did. But it was insufficient, you're right, I was foolish," Elen said while gritting her teeth.
"How can he do this! We're his children!" Jessica asked with a broken voice from all the crying but only got a cast-off glance from her family members making her more saddened.
"Any news from them?" Jack asked with his deep, voice that sounded rougher than before.
"It seems not..." Elen started but was cut off by a maid who dashed towards them while screaming-
"Madam! Madam! It's about Jerry...!"
"What is it?!"
"Jerry did what?!"
"The hell what are you waiting for? Speak up!"
"Say it!"
The poor maid's heart almost leaped off her heart when she saw her masters and mistresses bombarding her with questions rather aggressively without waiting for her to answer at all.
"Calm down kids!" Elen bellowed making them finally cool a bit but their predator-like eyes never left the maid making her stammer a bit while speaking
"I-its Jerry, he's at the front door knocking," The maid managed to gasp out.
"What?!"
Like a stampede of a hundred horses, the kids ran to the door with Jack taking the lead, running with all his might and power.
Opening the door...
The white and pink hair which was normally neat and well-handled was scattered all over and there were traces of blood. His pink eyes which had always softened and doted at them at a glance only looked at them with a strange expression that seemed a mixture of shock, surprise, and alertness.
Truly, Jerry had not expected this legion of people here just from his knocking but what the hell? Was he really in the right place?
Disregarding his unsurity, he did go on asking-
"Are you guys perhaps, family members of the Johnson? Pardon me but I kinda lost my memories... so I might be...ehehehe..." he said with an awkward giggle as he scratched his hair.
"!!!"
Jerry widened his eyes in stunned as he found himself in a firm embrace, what shocked him more was how the dude was hyperventilating and for some reason, he felt a certain emotion of sadness welling up in him to his confusion.
Did he know this person?
Feeling rather awkward, he ended up placing his hand on the big baby's back and patted him embarrassingly.
"JERRY!"

I just fixed the entire chapters, I'd appreciate your thoughts on how it is and if you'd like anything changed~
Ah, and for the auxiliary chaps, due to some app Webnovel told me to use after signing the contract, I can't really place it in volumes anymore or write author's notes in those box thingies *sigh*.
If there's anything else though, please reply and state it for this author to fix!
Also, I apologize for being a lazy ass author but I swear, I was just typing the story~! Soon enough, W1 will finish and we'll be going into W2 which is far more interesting than W1. Sorry my slow ass kept you all in W1 for so long, it's my first time writing a transmigration novel and a fast-paced one, so sorry.
On another other note, all I have to say is that I'll try to keep a steady publishing schedule on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday and inform you of any reasons I might skip.
