Chapter 1: 1. Awoken
"Hello, Abdullah Amari Hakim" a old voice said. Hakim opened his eyes to see a endless white void with a figure who resembled a black man with a beard in brown robes. Thoughts flooded Hakims mind
"Where is this? Who is this? Where's my daughter?". As if the unknown being could read his mind he said "You are in the Promised Land". Hakim was bewildered, "how did this old man know what he was thinking?".
Hakim opened his mouth, but before he was able to speak the god like figure interrupted him. "I know you have many questions. Especially about your beloved daughter don't worry she is safe and well. As to who I am you can refer to me as god. We are currently in a pocket of empty space apart from the promised land. Although this may come as a shock you are dead.
God expected Hakim to not believe him at all, but he was surprised to find that he was smiling a seemingly calm. Hakim finally spoke in a voice similar to Morgan freeman but deeper "I see and here I thought something happened to her." "You're not in the least bit interested or surprised in the situation you're in" god said sounding a bit taken aback from his comment. "It's not that I'm not surprised or interested, but my daughter is my number one priority". The god like figured smiled "It seems that I have chosen correctly" he exclaimed in a excited tone.
"Hakim I shall send you to the Tower of God" God said in a serious tone. A a golden key was slowly floating towards Hakim head. "This will give you all the knowledge you need to conquer the tower. Brace yourself my child". As god spoke those words the key entered his head and turned. The pain was excruciating it was like someone was poking his brain with billions of knives. He passed out form the pain. He woke up 4 hours later; God was in the exact same spot as if nothing had happened. Hakim spoke "I know what I must do. I shall kill the 135th guardian and rule the tower". God let out a relived sigh he did not know if it would have worked many of his angels wouldn't even be able to handle a tenth of the pain. They would take about 10,000 years for them to recover form the back lash. "What an exceptional human being" He thought no doubt he made the correct choice.
"One last thing Hakim…" god said in a soothing tone "Please enjoy your life. Don't put your own well being before the task". Hakim smiled "I know, that you for giving me this chance I promise I won't let you down"
As those words were spoken Hakim slowly dissipated in to small light particles.
