Chapter 4: Chapter 3: A crazy man
[Enryu stopped the time as he opened a gate to the cage and said to Kai that he regretted that he assumed that Kai (who is actually his first child) wants to have a peaceful life. He then promises to do everything in his power to support him no matter what path he takes]
(A/n: I forgot to say that english is my third language (and I'm not smart either) so I'm sure myself that there's some sentences with poor choice of words and maybe even wrong grammar. Sorry for that.)

Enryu stares at Kai's unmoving face for a few more seconds before he looked at headon who is also motionless.
"Headon, stop acting like you are affected by my ability. You are not like the other guardians." He said as a glint of light showed in his left eye while the other one is covered by his red hair.
After hearing that, headon twitched as he easily shattered a red like energy surrounding his body.
"...looks like I'm busted."
He then bows with his wand on his chest.
"I'm sorry for the act, Lord enryu. I was just interested of what the second High ranker of the tower wants with the bottom floor. And it looks like...I luckily got a knowledge that can shake the tower...although of course, if Lord enryu wants it, he can manipulate my mind or even kill me if he doesn't want anyone to know this information." Said headon still bowing.
Normally, if anyone hears headon saying that someone will kill him, they will only laugh thinking that it's just joke because it's widely known that administrators are Immortal beings.
However, as long as the name Enryu is spoken with it, then the weight of those words becomes infinitely heavier due to Enryu's famous tremendous feat.
Killing an administrator. A once impossibility became a possibility due to this man.
Anyways, back to enryu and headon's conversation.
Enryu looked at the bowing administrator.
"...I don't know what your true motives are but I don't care if you know that Kai is my son."
"...may I ask why?"
Enryu looked at Kai's face again and smiled. The glint in his eyes already vanished.
"Don't you already know? He craves for a crazy adventure. I don't know why he inherited that trait out of all the traits that he can inherit...but as I said: I will always support him no matter what he wants."
"Therefore...people knowing who he is can just stir up his adventure more, right? And the more the crazier his adventure is, the happier he becomes."
"It might bring more trouble but I trust my son to overcome those."
"I will only be his shield if the real troublesome beings is coming for him...but if it's not those? Then I will be there to make his adventure as crazier as he likes."
Every single second he spoke, headon becomes more sure of his thoughts.
'They are indeed father and son.'
"I see-"
*Twitch*

Before headon finished talking, both of them got surprised at the same time because Kai, who is supposed to not be able to move because of time being stopped, twitched a little.
One should know that Enryu's shinsu mastery is even more advanced than an administrator. Beings who rules over shinsu.
Seeing this, Enryu couldn't help but...
*Chuckles*
"Well, would you look at that. It seems my son's shinsu is so strong that it already started to counter my ability even though it has only been 3 minutes. Even those Two high rankers- one even having the blood of the false king can't do that." Enryu said not even acknowledging Yuri as a princess.
Enryu then looked at Kai's face before his eye flashes red for a millisecond before turning back to normal. He also looked at the black march that is on Kai's grip and did the same thing.
After that, he then turns his back to them and levitates back to the gate.
"Consider what I did as a payment for you knowing our secret and me not killing you."
"Yes. I will turn a blind eye to it. Thank you for giving me information and for your benevolence, Lord Enryu."
Enryu then goes inside the gate before it vanishes although the time still remains stopped.
"..."
"...Did he forgot to turn his ability off?"
Headon then waits for the time to continue for a few more seconds before realising...
"Is he telling me that I have to turn his ability off for my punishment?"
"...Sigh...I shall accept your punishment, Lord Enryu." Headon then waves his wand as a blue aura comes out of the blue marbles in both ends of his wand.
The blue aura then spreads through out the entire hall way and into the cage.
After a few seconds, time finally resumed.
"""Huh?"""
*kyak?*
Yuri, Evan, Kai, and even the white steel eel voiced their confusion sensing that something happened to them.
Seeing that the 3 of them voiced their confusion at the same time, they all looked at headon who is the only exception.
"...What is it? My Lords?" Headon acted as if nothing happened.
"""Hmm"""
"Wha-"
Yuri was about to ask headon about what happened before they heard the white steel eel screamed.
*KYAAAK*
They then turns towards it and saw that it started to swim towards Kai.
"Kai! Watch out!"
Kai then snaps and looked at the huge eel that is swimming towards him at high speeds.
He then readied and got to a long stance.
Meanwhile, with Yuri and Evan.
"What is he doing!? Is he really going to face the eel instead of evading it!?" Said yuri.
She then looks at Evan who has been quiet.
"Hey, Evan! Is there really no other way to solve this test?! C'mon! Give him some idea before the eel comes close!"
"...I think he is exactly doing the only method to pass this test."
"Huh? Explain!"
"There's an overwhelming difference in their strength. The eel can also moves at high speeds within that environment. So the only way to pass this test is..."
"To not run"
"To not run huh...I see...I think I get it."
"You actually get the method just from what I said, M'lady?" Said evan before whispering to himself 'you actually use your brain afterall'.
"I heard that, idiot."
*Bonk*
"Well, his craziness kinda gave me a clue...add that to him willing to gamble with his life on the line..."
"That's right" said Evan while nodding like a teacher listening to his student who is finally starting to learn.
"With him not fearing death at all, he will be able to think that the only way for him to pass this test is for him to let himself get eaten whole and then stab it from the inside, emma right?"
"Hm hm" nods Evan.
"But M'lady..."
"What?"
"Uhh...I think...that's not what he's about to do..." Said Evan sweating a little.
"What do you mea-"
"KUKUKAHAHAHA COME AT ME, FISH!!" Shouted Kai with battle lust and craziness in his voice.
"That idiot!!-"
The eel then swoops towards Kai with its mouth open.
Kai then grinned as he jumps at a height that is impossible for a normal human and landed on the eels beak.
*Crash*
The eel then crushed to the ground as Kai used the momentum to stab the black march into it's beak for him to not fall off. The momentum and Kai's inhuman strength added to the black march's sharpness manage to pierce the eels beak which should be tougher than steel.
"Ehh?? He can jump that high? I thought you said his physic is only above average?"
"Tell that to yourself, m'lady. You can literally flick that eel to a complete mush with your tiny finger"
After noticing that it's prey is on it's beak, the
eel swam upwards in high speeds in order to get Kai off its beak.
"Woah!!"
Not being able to react fast enough, Kai is left with the option to hold onto to the black march as tight as possible.
Kai's plan should've been him jumping on top of the eels beak and run towards its eyes and stab it. Unfortunately, the eel was just too fast even for his strength which is equal to a dozen of men.
Seeing that the human is still there, the eel suddenly swam downwards to throw Kai off.
Even with the sudden break and speed up, Kai still manage to hold on to the needle that is stab on its beak.
Unfortunately...
*Shik* the needle unfortunately slipped off of the wound on the eel because of its blood.
"Umm that's not good" said Kai as he got swung to air.
Meanwhile with Yuri, Evan, and Headon.
"Shit! Kai!"
"That idiot! He literally wasted his abnormal strength just to be able to actually fight the eel!!"
"It seems Lord Kai's battle craving will always give him trouble..."
"Shit! Dammit! I'll go and rescue him!" Yuri was about to run towards the cage but...
*Dum*
Yuri ended up bumping to an invisible wall. Noticing this, she glared at headon.
"Headon!!! Remove this barrier!! I'll go rescue him!!"
"That's exactly why I can't remove the barrier, princess yuri. I've already looked away from you giving Lord Kai the black march. It's already against the rules to help him any more than that."
"Then I will just break this barrier and that shitty rule" said Yuri as she got to a punching stance.
Evan then readied an Enna core, ready to teleport Kai the moment Yuri destroys the barrier. (A/n: search it.)
Evan might act really cautious sometimes but even he doesn't want to just stand around and watch while a boy gets eaten by an eel without being able to do anything.
Besides...he knew that he wouldn't be able to stop the wild princess no matter what so he might as well just help her. It's just execution. Nothing to worry about...
"I said stop, you two."
After saying that, an enormous power made Yuri and Evan stay in their places.
'Tsk!' ×2
They know that headon is even stronger than normal guardians but it still hurts their pride as a high ranker of the tower to be suppressed without even being able to do anything at all
"Calm down, Princess Yuri and Lord Evan. You two should not forget the fact that he is an irregular. An irregular will definitely not die a dog's death"
"..."
As if responding to headon, something happened to the falling red head.

[Back to Kai while they are talking]
Kai finally started falling after he reached a certain height from being swung upwards by the eel. After realising that the human finally got off it, it also swam upwards closing the distance very fast.
Meanwhile, the human who is falling is just staring at the eel that is dangerously closing the distance with its mouth open ready to swallow him
'...What now.?'
'I know that I could've passed the test much easier if I just let myself get swallowed alive but doing such boring things is just not a me thing.'
'If I fall directly to its mouth, I will go directly to its stomach and will be melted by its stomach acids...ew. Don't wanna die like that.'
'Hmm...should I flap my arms to adjust the place that I'm landing on? That's right! If I manage to do that, I will stab its eye and the momentum will help me rip apart straight to its stomach...'
'But...'
"It's too late to do that silly plan right?"
A girl's voice entered his ear.
He looked at the needle that he is holding which is where the voice came from.
"...Right. I remembered that you are a weapon that is alive...but how did you hear my thoughts thou-
"Is that really a question that you should ask right now?"
"I'm a man of priorities, girl"
"...Anyway, I'm the spirit inside the black march. There's not much time so all I will say is that I will lend you my power because you are insanely hot and handsome."
"Umu, umu. That's right. Damn, I really love praise-"
"Shut up. Raise the needle. Put all your strength to the needle. And swung it."
"Okay"
He then did as she said and looked at the eel that is 10 meters away.
"Sorry, little fishy. Looks like you won't get to eat an insanely handsome redhead today."
He then started swinging it with all his strength as a yellow light enveloped the sword.
With Yuri and Evan.
"That's!"
"Ignition..."
"B-but how!?!? I've tried to talk her for years and she didn't even spoke to me and now you're saying that she ignited for a guy that obtained her only minutes ago!?" (A/n: 😏)
"Wait...perhaps...sexism!?!?"
"And here I thought of her as just a kid but as soon as a hot and handsome boy comes around, she gave in immediately!?" Complained Yuri
"Ha-haha...we actually forgot that she can do that...because you never ignited her, m'lady..."
*Bonk*
"Ouch...but atleast we already know why you don't match with her m'lady-"
"What is that!?!?"
Evan looked at where Yuri is pointing and saw...
"A..red diamond?"

[Back to Kai]
"Sorry, little fishy. Looks like you won't get to eat an insanely handsome redhead today."
When Kai was about to swing the Yellow light enveloped needle, a red Diamond appeared above him and gathered the shinsu around it.
'!?!? What's that? And how is it gathering the shinsu in this cage?' the black march wondered.
Everybody saw the 'Diamond' that he summoned except him who summoned it because it appeared above him...
Kai then slashed towards the tip of the eels beak as the yellow light, a red fire shinsu attack, and the eels beak collided which resulted on an explosion of Red flames and yellow light.
*BOOM!!*
"Kai!" Yuri and Evan runs closer the cage to look for Kai.
"..."
With Kai.
"What the...I remember that the black march have some yellow light around it but I never saw a red one...could it be the eel's blood?...ew"
The smoke from the explosion goes as the only thing that remained is...
A roasted eel and Kai who is holding the black march and is surrounded by a red barrier that is slowly vanishing. The diamond floating in his back cannot be seen anywhere.
"Kai! You're safe! What's with that- actually, no. I shouldn't ask any question for now. Go and finish the test!" Said Yuri happily.
Hearing this, Kai nodded and walked towards the ball.
"I...also have so many questions right now but, for now, all I will say is...Thank you."
He then slashed the ball and turned to look at the 3 spectators with a genuine smile on his face.
"Thank you very much, Sister Yuri, Evan...and rabbit." Kai said before turning around and looking up towards the ceiling of the cage.
"An irregular is a being that is feared by the tower huh...but I think that's not the case for me."
"They should not fear me because I'm an irregular, a god, or because I'm too handsome."
"This tower should fear me because..."
"I am a crazy man."
A red light then swallowed him before he vanished. The red cage also turned back to normal the moment that he is gone.
