Chapter 2: Chapter 2: Treebark

"Thank you so much, Lady Oe. My husband took your medicine, and if it wasn't for you, his soul would have left his body." said the villager. "Yes, the Grisha had given us a specific prayer."

"Thank you, Lady Oe, stay away from such ludicrous people."

Lady Oe was a lady of age with refined beauty. She wore a heavy white Tomesode with a blue floral belt. She raised her eyes as the villager walked away. She sighed. The Grisha were good spirits from Huxian. She was a fox, and her nine other cubs were Iehari, Uromi, Toshi, Aji, Kenta, Fumio, Kyo, Junko, and Ken. It was Kyo who led the Grisha out of the blue forest, Ribakamu. It was said that there were 200 puppets that looked like people made by Oe's husband.

It was curious magic, but Lady Oe stayed with the newspaper. It kept her mind occupied. She was the healer of Buraito and the maker of the Shinchū. That gun took about 55 people when the holder was still around.

All the bullets were still in the Kusunoki. She planted that tree when her sister died. She felt her soul was bound to the tree, and it kept the Oni out of the village. It offered great comfort, even though dead flowers started blooming around it.

What would Ueshiba do?

The dead leaves were dangerous, but the medicine was forever. Oe wasn't a priestess. She knew things and helped the village of Buraito. She was an elderly woman, but she kept her good look at the age of 86. Her father was a monk and founded the village when she was 12. Her mother died on her first birthday.

Buraito village was a lonely place. In the era of Chimamire, it was a time of war, arguments, sneaky behavior, and everything negative. The holy number at the Kankei temple was 9. And the Grisha believed in the number four as it meant 'shit'.

Lady Oe stayed by her hunt, which she covered in flowers. She planted flowers near the door and threw petals on the roof. The Buraito shrine was in the Blue Forest. Ribakamu made a spectacular medicine, the Qīng. It works especially well for conditions caused by magical disruptions, such as enchantment-induced exhaustion or mystical burns. It stimulates the body's natural healing processes and offers instantaneous pain and discomfort alleviation when consumed.

Now that she has thought about it. She needed more leaves. It was a time for hunting nature, and she reminded herself that she needed to chop the blue trees as they provided water. It is stated that consuming water from the Qing led to significant healing and rejuvenation. It is said to heal spiritual and physical problems. But also, the body just needed water.

She wasn't a priestess. It was more like what was right and what was wrong. She traveled to the Ribakamu forest. The village was situated on a hill, and she hated stepping down with her poor feet. She passed the village clinic, which she never ran herself. It was boarded up and the left side of the building was missing from a fire when Ueshiba was alive.

It made her think about those days, which she called; The Dying days. The village was 1,510 when she was 12. Her father died learning drugs could be made from the Dopamine Silkwood.

The Dopamine Silkwood could be made into a powder. Overuse or misuse can lead to dependency and negative consequences for both physical and mental health. Her father was dizzy and couldn't breathe. Her sister died in her sleep. Her husband asked the fox for blessings and didn't pay his loan. She had a miscarriage 12 times because of the fox spirit.

She wasn't lonely and pushed forward. The spirit thought she was trying to mock. She passed a framing field and entered Ribakamu. It was a very thin stone path to the Qing. They blossomed in bunches, and this time, another tree bloomed a person.

"What is this?" she asked aloud. A woman was attached to the tree. She had the thickest black hair and pale skin. There were markings down her body, she was covered in 殭/僵 and wore red lipstick. Her eyes opened, and she roared as Oe stared at her. "Chi?" she gasped. "Give it to me!"

She began to wiggle against the branches holding her, and Oe thought she was high. "Give it to me! You sorry, woman!" Her sharp little nails beckoned her. "What?"

"Give me your life! Stop playing with me!" Her red eyes glowed. She struggled against the tree branches that held her. Eventually, they broke, but Oe kept staring.

She snarled at her. Her neck twitched to the side. Oe took a step back, "You aren't allowed here..."

"Chi!" Oogami howled. "You wretched woman —" a bullet howled from behind Oe. Oogami was shot once, and the second bullet took out her eye. She screamed and crashed to the ground. Oe's lip trembled, and she looked back. "Imagawa!" she shouted. "Do you know what that is?" he questioned her.

"I don't know her..."

"A jiāngshī." he said. "Hurry and get back to the house!"
