The man snaps his fingers and the lake once again changes into a raging fire. The man opened his eyes to reveal a dark red gaze that could entice any woman into submission. His long wild crimson red hair dancing with the wind that emphasizes his beauty.
"Haaaa….this is perhaps the hardest thing I ever did."
The man in question was samshiel who was training his new energy, the [Dream energy] he has managed to progress within a span of five months inside the inner world.
Samshiel are now able to change reality one kilometer in radius but it will only last for a few second, it is evident when the raging fire return to being a forest.
"You should not dwell in it too much."
Suddenly a peerless woman approach to hug samshiel. It was sapphire who after a few months had become much more mature in terms of appearance. It was due to samshiel seed which became a divine elixir that would likely fight over by power-hungry people.
(A/N: I once thought what would happen if a true God pubic hair is one of the heavenly treasure. It would be hilarious when powerhouse fighting over a pubic hair😅😅)
"Samshiel you do know that it took me ten thousand eras of creation to reach my level."
Samshiel nodded knowing how long sapphire took to master the dream energy. One era If creation is equal to four and a half billion years. This indicates that it took an insane amount of time for someone to master dream energy.
What samshiel shocked him the most was that she was only second in terms of mastery over [dream energy] and law. the pinnacle of dream energy users was Azathoth, the Primordial Deity of dreams.
Now that samshiel able to affect the world in center degree was excited to bend reality as he pleased. He could last for a few hours if the area is small.
"But at least you progress in mastering the [Dragonic energy]'
The other energy samshiel acquire the [Dragonic energy] had progressed to new heights as it became less violent and overbearing like overflowing water in a cup. Samshiel control was absolute that could now contend with the lesser dragon in dxd or fairy tail but dragon king or even adult dragons are far from samshiel capability.
(A/N: I'm not saying he would lose when he fight one, it's just that in terms of using dragonic energy then he would lose by a large margin)
Additionally, cereza told him that he was weak in dragon slaying power and weapons such as Ascalon. But still, it big leaps in terms of adapting compare to when his body was adapting to mana.
Samshiel could absorb more dragonic energy when he converts his mana increasing his capacity.

Samshiel nodded as he needed to see the reports about the villagers that settling in his new empire and the experiment he has been doing with the captured bandits using his [Dragonic energy.]
Samshiel thought of doing what dragons from fairy tail, do when making dragon slayer. Unlike before which only gives core to what he made but now his test subject is pre-existing.
Samshiel summons his [cane of the sage] creating a portal where the meeting was being held. The table was circular and the people sitting were the monarchs.
"Greetings my lord/king/majesty/master/father."
When samshiel created them he had makes sure to buy [Military mastery], [economic mastery], [political mastery], and many more. Of course, samshiel also had these skills making sure to make a [mind palace] for them.

"Now then give me all your reports."
One by one the monarch presents their reports. All the monarch had been given respected territory within the empire. The shadow marshal wasn't given one as all of them are extensions of samshiel power unlike the monarch being separate from him.
According to the reports, the villagers had been extremely grateful for samshiel as they were given jobs and minimum wages that felt like heaven's. When they arrive, all of them were shocked to see the magnificent world that made them glad they came.
At first, they were wary of the monarch but after the past month, they became used to them because there were a lot better than the noble in the kingdom. The most surprising is Quinn who became beloved by the children because of her motherly instincts. She was of course a queen of a race that's why she likes children.
Samshiel just hopes she wasn't a shotacon. As for their magic, they were still able to use their grimoire inside but they were able to increase their mana and magic. Samshiel curious if they could use magic without the use of a grimoire.
Samshiel was kind enough to provide free education for the children. Of course, those that graduate will work in their respective facility.
Many will ask samshiel why to do something so troublesome then he would simply reply that if they could be reached then he would help as long it does not endanger him or his family.
It was also due to his [Heart of emperor] that able to increase his stats by a large margin.
"Demiurge, any progress in our guinea pig?"
Demiurge, a character that samshiel created to act as both the prime minister and the head of the experimental facility. He wasn't as cold-blooded and sadistic as the anime counterpart but was still ruthless.
"Everything is processing splendidly though some test subject committed suicide from the effects."
"Hmph, I see I'll ask someone to bring more, any result in lessening the dragonification?"
"No milord the guinea pig is still experienced the same."
"Tell me if you need anything, for now, dismissed."
Samshiel decided to invite sapphire to walk around the town. He had decided to name his empire [Jade imperium].
Walking up to his room and what greeted him was a sapphire wearing extremely stunning lingerie that he could see through. His dragon roses and sapphire lick her lips.
Samshiel used [shunpo] and pinned down sapphire making sure to use every ounce of his skill to enjoy his reward!
After six rounds of sex montage, they finally resting on the bed being covered by the bedsheet. Sapphire was laying in samshiel arms as she caresses her hands in his hard chest.
"I was about to ask you If we could check the town together?"
"Uhm maybe later….I still need to adjust myself."

Walking around the newly built capital of samshiel empire. You wouldn't believe this place was new as the citizen was busily enjoying their jobs.
Samshiel had given them basic necessities that help them start working for him. When samshiel and sapphire pass by all of them gave their greetings as they acknowledge samshiel as their emperor while sapphire as one of the empress.
Samshiel spotted a newly build establishment going inside and what greeted him was a lively restaurant that had few selective dishes that samshiel introduced. When everyone's gaze locked on samshiel all of them give their short greetings. Moments later a waitress began to ask for their orders.
"H-hello there what would like, my king?"
The waitress who saw the dark red eyes of samshiel had increased her lust, samshiel forgot to turn the [Lucifer's gaze], he instantly turns it off when he has gotten a notification with the [harem parameter]. He didn't want to have a woman whose only desire is lust, not love.
"I would like burger steak with extra gravy."
Samshiel didn't bother correcting her in calling her their king because he is. Unknown to samshiel he had fully integrated with the soul of the original jade emperor allowing him to have both his and jade emperor personality.
"H-how about you queen sapphire?"
"Just call me sapphire and I would like smoke ribs with mild spice."
After getting their order the waitress bowed and went inside the kitchen. Samshiel decided to summon ambrosia alcohol for the fun of it.
"I'm still impressed by bothering yourself in making a kingdom."
"And already know why I did it."
"I know that's why I love about both ruthless and merciful."
"Hahaha thank you, my dear."
As samshiel silently drank his alcohol while waiting for their food, he suddenly lost in thought that Sapphire took notice.
"What's wrong samshiel?"
"..its…haaa it's just that I don't know if Rebecca would be okay with lovers who's ruthless enough to kill anyone that may endanger his family."
Unlike Charlotte who used to killing if needed, Rebecca was a normal commoner who has no experience in fighting. Samshiel was afraid she wouldn't be happy being a lover of a killer.
Sapphire gave a warm smile as she caresses his soft hands that been soaked by the countless blood he had killed. Despite having the ability to control his emotion in the end he was still human.
"Samshiel that's why we loved about you, being the one to always Think of his family before his own. I won't say I'm certain she would be happy but I know you could make her understand."
Her soft soothing voice washes the doubts in his heart, Samshiel shed a tear in one of his eyes. The real reason as to why he built an empire because he was afraid to be left alone and rejected.
He felt that his parent had abandoned him when they fell ill, being alone with his sister had made afraid of losing someone he loved. This in turn made him a massive sis-con.
"Thank you, sapphire I don't know what I do without you."
"Haha, it's funny seeing you so work up, unlike your laid back personality!'
"Hahaha you right, it's doesn't suit me that much."
After a few minutes, their meal arrives, and salivate as they could smell the aroma that is released. Both enjoyed their meal and return in the jade palace where they had another wild night.
