Despite agreeing to what Ren had said, he still had people track Ashley through her wrist watch so they could know her last location. He was certain that it wouldn't be the place she currently was, but at least it would provide some clue.

Ren who had long left the office was quite surprised that he got off so easily, albeit temporarily. 'I can't remember anybody like the vice head from the original book.' He wondered to himself. There was also a possibility that he might have died, or the author just didn't think he was important enough, not that anything ever warranted Ray to meet the vice head in the original story. By the time Ray would really catch the attention of the head of the academy, the story had gone far in.

'Well, all I need to do is wat now. I haven't changed too much, so things should still progress like they did in the original.' He thought to himself.
