Alwyn Edevane, a regressor who experienced thousands of rounds, was ultimately killed by the gods, this time forever... Or so he thought.

He finds himself transmigrated inside the corpse of a young fallen noble, in a world where the God of Death does not reap the souls of the dead anymore, and corpses now turn into immortal abominations called Revenants.

He wakes up in a remote and deadly area of the kingdom, and has to fight for his survival to return to civilization, while also investigating the mysterious circumstances of the death of the previous owner of that body.
