Chapter 26: Felix and Louis
In the master room of the sapphire palace, the room which was the most luxurious and big room used by all the past emperors in their youth before becoming emperors of a mighty empire named the Holy Silvia Empire.
Currently in this room on the king size bed a pitch black haired boy can be seen sleeping merrily. He had a satisfied look on his face while he slept. The Boy was obviously Lucas.
Lucas wakes up a little after eight. Usually it is considered late but no one says anything regarding this matter as he sometimes stays up till 3 AM studying or practicing.
Even though Lucas as the blood of dragon doesn't require much sleep he still gets exhausted due to magical practice and sword training to the point that even the dragon blood can't be of much help.
" Your imperial highness, it is time to wake up." Lucy called out to Lucas while standing by his side.
Lucas opened his eyes on the first call. Due to awakening the blood of the dragon, his every sense has become a bit more sensitive than normal people. That's why he woke up at once hearing Lucy's voice.
Lucas pushed his body and sat on the bed. He was wearing a loose pure white yukata like robe and that was the only clothing on his body. This type of clothing was invented based on the church's clothing in this world.
Even though he was still 7 years old he had already started to form six packs on his abdomen.
The clothing along with his handsome and beautiful face, his messy yet straight hair and lazy expression on his face he looked like the incarnation of Dionysus the Olympian god of wine and ecstasy. Even Lucy who has been courted by countless handsome and beautiful men and women was caught by Lucas's charms.
" Your loyal companions have arrived, your imperial highness." Lucy said. It was her duty as Lucas's personal maid to inform him about everything important during the morning.
" Hmm, prepare my breakfast in the garden today. I will meet with them while having breakfast." Lucas said while giving Lucy a glance. Lucas has changed a lot from the time he has come to the imperial castle.
He has just not become cold and clear but he has also become a lot more authority than before. He always carries a blank expression to not show any weakness. Little did he know that this expression subconsciously made him very charismatic.
Lucas went to wash himself up while Lucy prepared breakfast for him. She also asked one of the maids to inform the two boys that the prince wanted to meet them with his breakfast.
Lucas wore his pure white robe again as he liked frilly and loose clothes while training. He started wearing them most of the time except when Leon called him or he had to leave the sapphire palace.
He came out of the sapphire palace and started walking near the garden of roses which is where his table is set up. There were two maids standing near the table to help serve the food or any other task given the prince.
There were also two boys standing near the table, one of them was red haired while the other one was blonde haired.
The two maids bowed towards Lucas while the two boys knelt. Lucas didn't pay much attention as after two years he had also mastered the art of ignorance. He gestured the maids to stand up and ordered them :-
"Prepare the tea for me first."
One maid came near the table and started preparing the tea with sugar cubes, milk, hot water and tea leaves. While the other one started arranging the plate for Lucas. The tea was done almost instantly and Lucas thoroughly enjoyed it by taking the fragrance first and taking a sip second.
" Stand up." Lucas ordered the two boys and they stood up from their kneeling position.
They fidgeting glanced at Lucas but that was there stupid mistake as those who are not used to the charm of Lucas's jewel eyes gets easily attracted to them and keep staring at them. They both stood there with a blank expression while staring at Lucas.
Lucas also knew the reason behind their mesmerization. That's why he didn't say anything for a few minutes but when the time limit which Lucas had set himself was reached he stared back at them while tapping on his tea cup with his finger.
" Glory and blessings upon the Holy Silvia Empire, your imperial highness the first prince." The blonde haired was the first to speak as he felt Lucas staring back at him. He continued :-
" My name is Louis de Windsor from the Windsor household. I am here to become your loyal companion."
The red haired boy got out of his nirvana when he heard Louis speaking. He was flustered but he still shouted while staying in attention and closing his eyes :-
" M-my name is Felix de Robane from the Robane household. I am also here to be your loyal companion."
Everyone, even the two maids stared at Felix due to his inelegant introduction. Lucas stared at both of them as if he was sizing them up in silence. The two boys were having a nervous breakdown because they had never seen such an authoritative and prideful person. Even the way Lucas looked at them with his lazy jewelled eyes sent chills down their spine as if they were in front of a mighty beast.
" Felix de Rabane." Lucas suddenly said, causing both the boys to flinch.
" Y-yes" Felix took a step in front, standing a little further than Louis.
He had a forced smile on his face but was quivering.
