Chapter 27: Need of the hour is silence...
Fights are not so good but when u solve them, they strengthen your relationship. Rashi as usual stayed near the marketplace so that she need not travel much. Neel would finish his work in the evening soon and then both of them would spend some time together. This was the plan. Today Rashi was supposed to leave. So, they went to have dinner directly. When they entered the restaurant, they saw two familiar faces there, Swarna and Arjun.
Wait a second what the hell they were doing together? Neel and Rashi were about to settle down, when both were called out. Hey guys! What you guys are doing here? that too together. Neel have u forgotten what Rashi did to me? Asked Arjun. Is this the reason why Kajal left you? Can't believe you can go to this extent and play with an innocent girls' life.
Swarna adds Neel I am glad I understood that you aren't good for me. I am lucky I found Arjun when we were dating, and I left you. I realised you can never be mine. So, this was the reason she left me. And, look at you Rashi you have no shame. Your husband died before few months and you already started dating this guy.
Rashi tried to explain look we are just friends we are not dating. But they both give a mocking laugh. This meant they did not believe her.
Here Neels blood was boiling. How dare she talked to Rashi like that?
He shouted at them. This created a big seen at the hotel and the manger requested all four to leave. Swarna and Arjun both were so happy to humiliate them. They both wanted to give it back ever since they broke up. Swarna was disappointed that Neel chose his family over her and Arjun was angry that Rashi married someone else.
But wait, Swarna said that she found Arjun when she was dating Neel, that means she double crossed him. Neel was very upset. He was facing difficulty to understand who is saying the truth and who is lying.
The only person he could rely upon was standing idol. He left without uttering a word. Rashi followed him. She knew that her best friend needed her. She was used to this humiliation ever since she grew up. The roomers made her strong. She took him to his favourite place, Marine drive, the most beautiful beach in Mumbai.
Its monsoon. This was a beautiful evening. At evening when the sky sheds dark the twinkling lights there are pleasant to watch. Neel was looking at Rashi, whereas she was staring at the lights. She visited this place many times but never experienced the star like shining city.
Both were sitting quite for long time. Rashi was holding Neels hand to reassure him. Finally, she had to speak since Neel wasn't getting any better. Let's take a break. Now hearing this Neel freaked out. At this point he couldn't afford to lose her. He spoke in panic. No, no, no, you can't leave me. I can't manage without you. Hearing this Rashi started laughing at his innocence.
No stupid I am not leaving you. I was talking about a holiday plan. Let's plan somewhere where we can relax with our families. We all had enough drama in last few months that we all need a break.
They decided to call their parents and asked about this weekend which was started the next day. They planed a stay for two days at a resort near Lonavla to reduce the travelling time. Everyone agreed.
