Chapter 3: He is my friend I guess
Cato was an extremely intelligent person who worked as a scientist. Although he seemed like a nerd,his flirty behaviour dramatically changed people's opinion once they met him. He wasn't the typical 'clever and handsome' person but that doesn't mean he looks were bad. He had soft features, big full lips, black hair and deep brown eyes. He gave off a cool but gentle vibe which helped draw many people to him like a pit of honey to bees.
They met in high school, he had walked up to her desk and said "You're pretty but not my type so the least I can do is be your friend" and even though it sounded rude she later learned that he was a tsundere type. She giggled as she thought about these precious memories and waited for the call to go through.
"Yo idiot what's up." he said sarcastically. "Wow and why did I think that you were a good idea to call again" she joked. "I'm a genius duhhh" was his answer. "Sure but I need advice, I'm going for a job interview and you know" she said in a worried tone. There was a moment of silence. "Why don't you have your beloved husband?" he questioned slightly confused. "Well you know how it is between us really and I had had enough, I can't stand the way he treats me and acts around me it makes me sick!" she exclaimed. "O-k calm down of course I know how you feel I was being sarcastic, what job are you getting anyway?" he asked curiously, he was worried for her as she had never had a proper job before. "It's for a small company called Cudli which sells pet toys and beds, I would be a marketing person as that's my forte" she said after calming down. "Hmmmmm sounds interesting how about we meet up, it'll be easier to talk then" he asked, it was strange he thought. He needed to check something and to do that he needed to meet her.
