Chapter 9: Chapter 9 : Jacob vs Jasper, Emmett & Alice
The next day, Bella was released from the hospital in the evening.
Because Charlie was busy on a strange series of murders by attack from an unknown animal, he couldn't bring Bella back so Jacob did it and seeing all the recognition in Charlie's face, he took pity on this man.
It was slowly that he rode with Bella on his motorcycle and long before he even arrived at Charlie's house, he felt something that put him on alert.
Jacob: Bella stays there quietly, I smell several vampires in your house.
Bella looked away and recognized a vehicle outside.
"It's Carlisle's car!!" she said as she got off the bike and ran towards the house before Jacob grabbed her arm.
Bella: Let go of me Jacob, it's them!
Jacob: It might as well be a trap.
Bella: Jacob...please...
He gave up and let her in like she wanted. When Bella entered her home, she was surprised by Alice, Emmett and Jasper.
Although she jumped in fear, she immediately took Alice into her arms while the latter was also surprised but surprised to see Bella alive.
Alice: BELLA!!
Emmett: She's alive...
They separated
Alice: Bella, can you tell me how you managed to still be alive?! Laurent...Victoria...I saw them drinking your blood in the woods and I also saw you screaming in agony, as if someone was torturing you.
Jasper: We went to the place Alice saw in her vision, we saw your car and your blood on the ground but nothing else.
Emmett: We thought it was too late so...
Bella: You didn't see anything? And Laurent's corpse then?!
Alice: Laurent?!
Emmett: He's dead?! Who took his life?
"I killed him when I saved Bella" Jacob said from behind them and they all immediately went on guard, none of them had sensed him approaching and Bella had to calm them down.
Bella: No, calm down, it's Jacob. He's the one who saved my life and he's my best friend.
Jacob: You have the nerve to come back here after abandoning that girl?
Bella: Jacob you should go back to the reserve, I'm not risking anything with them.
Jasper: The reserve? He's a quileute, a werewolf.
Alice: That's why I didn't see anything about your rescue! (looks at Jacob with contempt) You and your pathetic pack are blurring my vision, if only-(interrupted)
She hadn't even finished her sentence before Jacob rushed at her, grabbed her neck and dragged her outside at a speed they couldn't keep up with and as soon as he carried Alice outside, Emmett and Jasper directly followed to attack him.
Fortunately the door was open from the start.
Bella: JACOB NO!
It all happened way too fast but if time could slow down, Jacob dragged Alice by the neck before sending her flying into the forest ahead, when Jasper and Emmett were right behind him to attack him, he quickly returned to engage in a contest of strength with the two of them.
Each of Jacob's palms held the two vampires' necks as they grabbed each of his arms to break them.

Sounds of glass cracking were heard from both Jasper and Emmett's necks before Alice jumped out of the forest aiming for Jacob's back but once again he was far too strong for them.
Spinning around, he threw Emmett to the left and Jasper to the right before grabbing Alice's leg and slamming her body violently onto the ground.
Placing his foot on the woman's neck, he pulled on Alice's foot who felt her neck crack as panic and despair filled her eyes but suddenly, Jacob stopped .
"You can thank my ancestors for granting you a truce otherwise I would have killed all three of you without any hesitation. (Looks at Alice) This is the last time you insult my brothers or my people while they tolerate you here"
When he turned back to Bella, she came closer and slapped him, Jacob knew she could hurt her hand so he moved his head to accompany the movement of her hand.
Bella: I want you to leave.
Jacob: Is that what you want?
"Go away" She said after hesitating as her breathing became erratic.
"Alright Bella, take care of yourself...at least for Charlie" he said before getting on his motorbike, starting up and leaving without even looking back.
Bella's eyes grew watery but she didn't do anything else. It was Jacob who had been insulted, it was he who had saved her life and it was he who helped her keep smiling but she had just brutally chosen the Cullens over him.
Emmett: What kind of werewolf is that strong?! He wasn't even transformed!
Jasper: I don't know, I've never seen that but lucky for us we have a truce.
Alice didn't say anything because she had a vision of Edward being executed by the Volturi.
Alice: No...EDWARD!
Bella: What?
Alice: Bella, Edward thinks you are dead and he will probably try to kill himself among the Volturi.
Emmett: Maybe that's my fault, I called Rosalie when we left the forest.
Alice: You two stay here and protect her father in case Victoria comes back. As for me, I'm immediately taking Bella to Italy to stop Edward from doing this, if I call him he will think it's a lie so he has to see her.
They immediately got in the car and took a flight to Italy where everything happened exactly like in the movie except the ending because Jacob didn't try to see them.

Reality: "Our" Jacob?
Death : You understood very well what I meant.
Eternity: All in all, he gave them a good beating and clearly is much more preferable to the one in the films.
Death: Go ahead, next movie.
