Chapter 15: Rankings and Rewards
Excitement coursed through Gray as he scrolled through his newfound loots. But the notification warning him that his inventory was full quickly brought him back to reality. He realized that he needed to make room for the other items he was about to receive.
Gray quickly accessed his storage room and moved some of the less frequently used items from his inventory to make space. He carefully organized his inventory to ensure that he could easily find the items he needed when the time came.
With his inventory now cleared and some of his precious items safely stored away, Gray received a series of notifications once again.
Gray was so eager to see what loot he had obtained that he didn't even pay attention to the notifications that appeared on his screen. As soon as he received the message that new items had been added to his inventory, he immediately opened it up to see what he had received.
As he scrolled through his inventory, he saw that he had indeed received new loot. He felt a thrill of excitement as he took stock of the items he had obtained.

"Wow, this is quite the haul," exclaimed Gray as he surveyed the pile of loot at his feet. "There are so many items here that I can use to upgrade my arsenal. I feel like I've really hit the jackpot today!"
Gray picked up each item from the pile of loot and examined them carefully. He inspected each weapon, armor, and tool, making sure they were in good condition and free from any damage or wear. As he went through each item, he took note of their unique properties and abilities, planning how he could best use them in his future battles.
He then placed each item into a specially marked crate, being careful not to damage or scratch them. These were not just any loot items, they were the spoils of his hard-earned victory over the powerful iron golem. They deserved the utmost care and respect.
Once he had finished sorting and storing the loot, Gray took a deep breath and smiled. He knew that these new items would serve him well in his future tasks, and he was eager to put them to the test. He closed the door to the storage room, satisfied that his new arsenal was well-protected and ready for use whenever he needed it.
With his newly acquired items now safely stored away, Lord Gray made his way towards the place where Gobusuke was currently residing. As he approached his goblin summon, he couldn't help but feel grateful for having such a competent and loyal companion.
"Greetings, Gobusuke. I trust that all is well in our territory?" Gray asked, his voice filled with concern.
Gobusuke looked up at his lord, Gray and nodded, indicating that there were no immediate threats to the territory. Gray breathed a sigh of relief, knowing that their territory was safe for the time being.
"That is good news indeed," Gray replied with a smile. "I was hoping to check in with you about the current state of affairs in the territory. Have you noticed any unusual activity or signs of trouble?"
Gobusuke signaled to Gray that, for now, there were no new monsters or threats approaching their territory. Gray let out a sigh of relief, knowing that their efforts to protect their land had paid off. "That's good to hear," Gray said. "Please continue to keep a close eye on the area and alert me immediately if anything changes."
Gobusuke nodded, understanding the gravity of his responsibility. Gray knew that he could always count on his trusted goblin summon to help protect the territory and his other summon. With a sense of reassurance that his territory was safe, Gray made his way back to his cabin, looking forward to some well-deserved rest.
As Gray woke up the next morning, he was greeted by a series of notifications on his system interface.

Gray rubs his eyes as he reads the notifications. "I was expecting the rewards to be stingy, but they're not that bad. The package even includes all the materials I need to upgrade the summoning altar."
After Gray finished reading the notifications, he quickly opened his inventory to check the description of each reward he have received.

"F*ck finally! I can now fully understand what my goblins are saying!" Gray exclaimed as he read the description of the Universal Tongue Translator.
Without hesitation, Gray reached into his inventory and retrieved the Universal Tongue Translator. As he held the small, black earring in his hand, he couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement. With a deft motion, he slipped the earring onto his ear and felt a slight tingling sensation.
Excited to see what blueprint he would receive, Gray also opened the Defense Tower Blueprint Box.

Curious about the new tower blueprint, Gray quickly checked its description to see its potential.

When fully constructed, the tower releases a noxious gas that slowly drains the health of any enemy unfortunate enough to be caught within its range. : As an added bonus, when the tower successfully defeats an enemy, it absorbs nutrients from the fallen foe, allowing the thorny vines to grow and expand.
"Damn, this tower is absolutely vicious. It can absorb defeated enemies and use their nutrients to spread even more. This is going to be incredibly useful in my territory - the vines can grow and expand within the wooden walls, fortifying them even further."
Gray emerged from his cabin and stepped out into his territory. He surveyed the surroundings and noticed that his goblins were already awake and training on the nearby grounds. As he approached, he could hear them chattering amongst themselves.
"Come on, you lazy goblins, keep your weapons up! You don't want to be caught off guard by those pesky monsters!" Gobulus, the Shadow Blade Goblin shouted.
"Yes, sir! We won't let you down!" the goblin's replied in unison.
Gray smiled, pleased to see his summons diligently training. As he continued to walk towards the training ground, he couldn't help but notice that his newly acquired device translator was working perfectly. For the first time, he could understand his goblin's voice.
"Boss, you're up early!" one of the goblins called out to him.
"Good morning, boss!" another goblin greeted him.
"Good morning, my loyal summons," Gray responded with a grin. "You all seem to be working hard. Keep it up!"
After checking on his goblins, Gray decided to visit his summoning altar. As he approached the altar, he noticed that the same interface he had seen before had appeared once again.
