Chapter 4: Meeting Bee and Fighting Barricade
In the vast sky, a silver haired boy could be seen standing on a massive bot that was silently hovering in the air. If Lennox was there he would recognize the boy as Drake who escaped from the army camp in Qatar.
Lennox and his team had thought the the boy had died during the attack at the airbase. In these two years, Drake had found that God had done something extra in the valvraves. He would be able to transform the valvraves into vehicles. Like valvrave 1 transformed into a badass fighter-jet ( like megatron in his jet form).
As he was gazing at the horizon, Drake suddenly jumped in the cockpit and the valvrave transformed into the jet and dived towards the surface. On Drake's face excitement could be seen as the main plot of the story was finally about to begin. He had decided to meet Sam Witwicky when he would be saved by Bumblebee as he was nearly killed by Barricade (the police car transformer).
As he swooped down he saw the sparks flying around as Bumblebee was fighting Barricade. As he landed he transformed back into his human form and sent a red stream if energy towards Barricade who was standing on Bumblebee ready to deliver the finishing blow.
As Barricade was sent stumbling back Drake helped Bumblebee back to his feet and said, "yo, wassup."
"Who...are you?",came a mechanical voice of a radio full of vigilance.
"A friend."
"And...how....to know....that."
"I also protect earth"
As they were talking, Barricade stood up from the rubble and prepared to attack.
"Shall we deal with him first."
"Yes."
As they said that both Drake and Bumblebee started their counterattack toward Barricade.
"Gun?" asked Bumblebee.
"I use old style weapons"Drake said as he unsheathed a sword with red energy flowing through the blade.
Then without wasting time they both lunged towards Barricade. Barricade who was already injured by Drake's attack before had turned a little sluggish in his attacks. As Drake was fighting Barricade he also kept an eye on Sam and Mikaela Banes who were fighting the small bot (basically running from them).
Seeing that they were holding there fort, Drake also started his assault.
Fighting Barricade, Bumblebee was firing missiles towards him while he was fending off his attacks with his sword.
One of the missiles hit Barricade on his legs and he lost his balance. Drake took this opportunity and sent his sword through his torso, but made sure only to injure him severely but not kill him as Drake did not want to change the plot very much.
After finishing him both Drake and Bumblebee saw the distruction they had caused even though it was a construction site. As they walked up side by side they saw Sam and Mikaela making there way towards them.
Mikaela seemed scared but Sam made his way towards them and started to talk to Bumblebee. After their talking Bumblebee looked towards Drake and expressed his thanks over the matter.
"Just something I needed to do" answered Drake. As he said so he opened his cockpit and made his way down.
"You are a....human?", asked Bumblebee.
Drake only smiled at him but did not say anything.
"We cannot... stay ....here ...long." said Bumblebee as he transformed into a car.
"I will also be following you there. Have something to talk to Optimus about." ,Drake said.
"Okay" radioed Bumblebee.
"Go on in. He will take you guys someplace safe" Drake said to Mikaela and Sam who stood there in shock on the discovery that Drake was a human and Mikaela had a blush on her face seeing that Drake was very handsome. But they soon recovered and went inside the car as I made my way towards the cockpit of the now transformed valvrave. Drake asked Bumblebee for the meeting point and gave Sam an encrypted communicator to keep in touch as he dissappeared into the night sky
