In the large field where the lesson for a physical defense shall take place take place, Annah was startled to see Ricco joining the class when he wasn't officially enrolled there.

"What is he doing here?" Annah leaned on Maine's ear as her eyes didn't leave on the bleachers where Ricco and his gang were seated, observing the class in silence. "Do you think he's part of this alternative class?"

"I have no idea. Oh, here's the professor." Maine answered and stood up promptly when their professor for defense arrived.

"I reckon everyone's here." Professor Red glanced over his students and then at his workbook. He then slapped it closed, putting it away on the ground. "I don't care about this stuff, let's get to the point of the lesson. The way I see it, only a few hybrids are here compared to the purebloods." he shook his head in what looked like either distaste or disappointment.
