After hearing empress Liah's story, Kahlan went back to Darca hoping to find out where Torren and Mal must have headed to. 

On the other hand, Torren and Mal were already on their way to find princess Sophia they've already spent 36 hours on the road. "You must surely remember something Mal, you're not that dumb. I'm sure Sophia didn't mention only Duroca to you. Think Mal."
