Shilhoin Clan after all the zanpakuto business they owed to the shiba clan so they accept and the last clan doesn't even care for most of soul city, they just have obsession will hell realm and they eventually rebel and exile to valley of scream so they didn't matter then. I put myself forward myself as a Shogun and with having all the clan to accept me I put it in seal contract and have them seal it with their willing blood sigil so they and their clan cannot change their claim later. Later I gather around my student and guard, after gearing up, with another great clan go to central 46, and have them all sign the contract and accept my claim or we remove them from the power that we gave them, immediately. So after summoning their enforcer which is Yamamoto and his goons as if they could do something to me or my clan so I just stand there without acknowledging them and give central 46 five minutes to decide if they want to have power with me or no power at all. Central 46 after seeing Yamamoto go back and wait so he could persuade me to change my mind. When he and his goons release all their spiritual pressure on me. I just simply look at them and take away their ability to use spiritual energy. all of them became powerless and I could see in their face was Despair in the highest order, some of them even started to age in that moment from going from their level of power to feeling this much helplessness in a single moment. On the people that Yamamoto brings I recognize only Yachiru Unohana, a female Shinigami with sharp eyes and long loose hair and after losing her power after observing me closely with widened eyes and start to have a smile on her face like finally she finds something that she was after.
Dante: "Oh Yamamoto and his band of killers is here. So children why are coming before your elder". Nevertheless, if you look at the two groups you will question that statement about age because with just standing in front of me they start to age with fast steps as if years come and go with each passing second.
Yamamoto: "What did you do to me? I can't feel my zanpakuto. If you don't undo what you're doing, my zanpakuto will turn all the people here to ashes."
Dante: "why do you think that your zanpakuto is any different from you or your friend? No one can emit any spiritual energy if I do not want to. So here is lessen to you infants that starting in the road of spiritual power the first step is acknowledge yourself and then accept yourself completely as an individual bad or good, because it is your true self and to change to something better first step is accepting what is bad that you want to change. Therefore, if you tell yourself a lie that you are a protector, when you come face to face with a real protector. your inner self doesn't accept that and ask if he is a protector, who am I. a killer and scum so you can't generate any spiritual pressure and if you emit any because I am so stronger than all of you combined, I just cancel your spiritual energy."
Yamamoto: "who do you think you are to do this us, who give you authorization to do this?" He start to scream with fury at his helplessness but in all his fury and wrath he couldn't take one step forward and after looking at new shogun violet eyes it was like he could see his soul, he was standing in front of naked with all his dishonors, crimes that he committed and his darken soul.
Dante: "you must be very self-rightist to think that anybody has the power to give me anything that I don't have. For your information, the great noble clan have always been in charge of soul city but after soul king and hollow and hell war, we have to shift our focus to other worlds and their connection. Therefore, after voting on it, we put our retainer, the 46 minor clan in charge of government and we moved our main forces to the soul palace. After completion of the soul palace, my clan gives our key and guarding responsibility to the monk and we move to the world and start to seal all of them. Moreover, from my understanding the Shilhoin Clan did the same thing. They give their key guarding responsibility to Ōetsu Nimaiya. Moreover, I recommended other clans to find other worthy individuals to guard the soul palace as well. But here is the thing, I give the power to my retainer and they give that power to you. Then you and your goons started to exterminate my clan before I came back and stole our sealing technique. You must understand that, nobody gave me anything but I took it with my power."
With every word that Dante says to them, they become more ashamed of themselves and bow their head. They stayed in that position for a few minutes and after central 46 seeing Yamamoto and my interaction they made their choice. After putting it to vote, they accept my offer and sign the contract that gives me all the power I need. In the next 20 years, I will start and change the landscape of the central district. First, I constructed a pentagon building in the center of the district and put five large angelic statues. Between five statues, create an opening that connects them with the arch structure and above each arch holds a five-crystal orb with different color and many seals carved in this arc. This arc is a gateway to different worlds, soul world, human world, hollow world, hell world and limbo world. With this gateway, we could dispatch our forces to wherever that we want. The pentagon building has five wings so each clan has one of these wings and station their armed forces, so in time of need they can be dispatched to locations by worlds gateway. To be continued.
