It started raining by the time Lu Yizhou found the car that had been waiting for him a few kilometres away from Cobalt Fang's basecamp. Moshe indeed said that he would send a car to fetch him but he did not say that he would be coming in person. Lu Yizhou paused in surprise when he saw Moshe sitting inside the car. However before he could say anything, Moshe had spoken first, "Hand the man over to Kaede and get inside the car."

Right on cue, Kaede appeared beside him to take Cruz's unconscious body. "Oof! He's so heavy. So he is the one, huh?" Kaede grinned sharply and directed a salute toward Moshe. "You can count on me, Boss. I will take good care of him along the journey."

Lu Yizhou furrowed his brow. Kaede and Moshe had come in separate cars so it meant that Lu Yizhou would lose sight of the bug along the journey. Honestly, he wasn't rest assured. This was the bug they were talking about after all. What if he gained consciousness halfway and escaped?
