Chapter 87: The new assistant

"Alma Leblanc…" Shera repeated the name with a curious expression. "What University is she from and what makes you think she qualifies to be my assistant?" 

Because those were normal questions that anyone would ask a candidate seeking employment, he quickly answered. "She just completed her studies in Imperium University and is a very brilliant girl. Her performance in business management and languages was excellent. President, you will surely not be disappointed." Obviously, he didn't fail to exaggerate while praising his own daughter in front of her future boss. 

"I see. She can come to the company tomorrow." Shera's lips curled up into a grin, sending Mr. Leblanc into confusion. 

"But what about your current asisstant?" He asked. 

"I didn't know there was a limit to the number of assistants one could have?" Shera was amused.
