Chapter 24: Dante's Resolution

Inside the Astor Hotel's main control room, containing the business' important files and transaction records, dozens of men in a different company's uniform fiddled with the keyboards and buttons.

"Underground parking lot is cleared!"

"First to tenth floor is cleared!"

"Eleventh to twentieth floor is cleared!"

"Twenty-one to thirtieth floor is cleared!"

"Thirty-one to…"

One by one, those men reported their findings.

Big drops of sweat rolled down the side of Mr. Robernstein's face. Even though, the air-conditioning unit blasted to the fullest, his body was still getting hotter by the minute. Tonight, it seemed he had aged more than ten years. He doesn't know what kind of evil star he provoked that resulted in this nightmare in the shape of man to visit him.
