The darkness of the night was slightly lightened up by the shine of the stars, I can't really call it a light, as the murk of the forest is covering the way.
It wasn't easy finding the way to this Palace, but with kira's senses here I'm now, in front of this enormous shabby castle, the forest plants have taken a place in it after humans abandoned it.
With crows flying over, its definitely a sight that can give you chills just by one look, but it's not like it can effect me after the epic I have witnessed, and it's a bit safe having Kira around even though I don't know if I can fully trust her.
Till now she still didn't shift or show me her human form, but I'm certain that she is a werewolf, it's not just an assumption, i can sense how much she understands me and my words, and that's not really in a normal animal to have this high level of communication ability with humans, well maybe she still doesn't trust me.
With the gates squeaking as I open it, and crows cawing, Kira shows the sign of worries, step after step seeing the destroyed remains of the Palace dried blood all over the floor, damaged furniture, paintings and broken weapons, I feel like I can see and hear what happened with every step I take.
_"it was a massacare".
it reminds me of sight of what happened on that cursed day, the fire, the screaming and begging, my mom laying in her blood helpless, and that golden eyed monster.
As Rage burning my heart I found myself standing in front of a big teared painting, trying to remove the dust and see the remain piece.
_"I think.. Its the family painting"
It looks like its a big family, but the only visible part is half face of young man, silver hair with purple eyes, I think he maybe was one of the successor candidates..
Oh I remember now this part of the novel where the last successor of the family was slaughtered in front of this painting, after being striped of their power.
_sigh "what a pity Kira, they were so strong and powerful... Maybe they could have prevented the war and destruction that is happening"
Kira came rubbing my face trying to comfort me.
_"Well now we have to go the basement, there should be what I'm looking for "
If my memory is right there should be the papers and certifications on the Emperor plan and the 'devils lord summon magical circle',
Of course the Emperor would leave behind any tracks, but the papers were hidden in that magical circle, so none other than someone that carry Arreins blood can activate it.
I don't think I know how did the Emperor manage to kill them while they had that power, but it was described as a sudden attack, in the bloody eclipse night, where they were charging their power to bond with demons and can't really use it, it was a very private information about that weakness.
How did the Emperor know? Well a spy maybe, alot if people around means alot of threats.
On arriving to the basement, it really looks like there was no sign of life for ages here.
A hidden door lead me to the room of the magic circle.
_"it's made of the last drops of blood of one the family successors, she couldn't finish it on time to summon the devil".
I think I can complete the missing parts but will my blood works?
I have high dark power but will it do the job?
I still remember the spell of it
Taking a piece of glass that was on the floor to cut my arm open, Kira rushed to stop me of hurting myself as she doesn't really know my intentions.
_" Kira, don't worry, I need to do something, to try something so I can change the coming disteny, to take my revenge ".
Rubbing my head on hers to reassure her of something I'm not sure about,It may kill or rescue me.
As my blood drops r drawn into the circle, I m using all of the power left in me for summoning the devil .
" Asmodus lord of the abyss, if you can leave the embrace of death, then show me your face to control faith"!
By repeating the spell I can feel my body is burning up and my power is getting sucked out of me to create a big black cloud turning to a tantrum inside this small room, I'm slowly losing my breathe, and I can feel Kira scared behind me, but I have to keep going.
_"ASMODUS YOU ARE SUMMONDED UNDER MY COMAND TO DESTROY THE ONE LOCKED YOU IN THERE FOR YEARS"!
And then there was the responding.
_ "WHO DARE TO SUMMON ME AFTER ALL THIS YEARS"
_"Oh! It worked! It worked "
I can't believe I did it , well it's kinda scary but it worked.
_" You don't carry the Arriens blood, Human" said the demon
_" Being here you should know that anyone other than the Arriens would be wiped out by the moment they try to activate the circle"
The demon said with his spooky voice.
_" But you, I can feel the darkness running in your blood, who could you be to be able to summon me, The Lord "
_" For that I don't really know who am I, but I know what summoned you for "
_" And your request is? "
_" Revenge, I want revenge! ".
