Chapter 51: Shock!

Li Yan respectfully led the scholarly monk inside the mansion, showing him to a guest room and urging him to get refreshed for a banquet. 

After leaving behind a handful of servants to stay and properly accommodate the old man according to his wishes she left, heading toward the banquet hall. 

While walking towards the banquet hall, Li Yan wore a bewildered, slightly dazed expression as if she was In deep thought. Her hands were clasped behind her back and her brows were furrowed tightly. 

At this moment, Yao Wuhan who was following her tactfully caught up and spoke, "My Lady, what is going on? Who is that person?"

Li Yan got out of her daze, looking at Yao Wuhan placidly she replied, "Yao Wuhan, that person is likely an expert. From his appearance, he seems to be a Confucious monk. Although I do not know whether he is or not."
