Chapter 130: An Extension

Under the shade of a tall tree, Delcie and Rhie stood behind a young lady who is reading a book while sitting on a picnic cloth.

"Are you two really fine with just standing there? You are allowed to sit next to me."

"I'm afraid we cannot do that, young lady. We are outside the city right now."

Despite the young lady's kind gesture, Delcie was insistent in carrying out her duty. It was more reasonable to be strict with herself as they are currently outside the protective walls of the city.

However, on the other hand, Rhie was her complete opposite.

"I'll take the offer, young mistress."

"Rhie!?"

Casually and enthusiastically, Rhie sits on the picnic cloth while trying to avoid letting her dusty greaves touch the cloth.

"It's not every day we get to have this good weather to laze around. Besides, I'm feeling kind of tired from standing all day."

While saying so, she pulls out a lemon slice from her magic pouch on her waist and starts chewing nibbling on it.
