Chapter 9: 25/10/2020
I can honestly say that I absolutely adore this place and would happily keep living here.
The day didn't go entirely as planned however it was still good. We went on the TV & Film trail that leads you round where a whole host of things were recorded.
There was so much to see, do and just absorb. The views were stunning, the trail amazing but nothing compared to Puzzlewood. Admission was really reasonable so I went with a year access pass. I'll be going back there as much as possible, there is just too much to see and do for a single day.
They do have a huge array of animals for visitors to pet though Sara and I stayed well clear of those. Somehow animals always know that we're not human, it's like they can sense the wolf in us and get very agitated.
It was during the picnic that the next shift happened, both my hands this time. Very awkward and but thankfully something easily hidden. Luckily Sara had a hoody with her that she helped me put on and I just kept my hands inside.
Apparently that gave Sara full rights to feed me, I'm not certain that is actually correct but wasn't about to argue too much. If a gorgeous woman wants to feed me like Cleopatra then that's just fine with me.
We stayed exploring until just before closing at 6:30pm. My hands had changed back by that point but Sara insisted I keep her hoodie. Part of me knows it's an offering and a claiming, by wearing her hoodie I am accepting her offer to date. The claiming is by wearing her hoodie I am permitting our scents to mingle.
Upon returning home I offered one of my hoodies for her to wear so that her body scent could also be mingled with mine. If she had have refused then that would be her trying to assert dominance over me. Thankfully she accepted and put it on immediately. A rather good sign if I do say so myself.
If our scents don't cause negative side effects for each other then that is usually a good indication that we're compatible and can pursue a relationship. It's usually only applicable to heterosexual relationships but lesbians and gay men still use it to test the waters, as it were.
For example, if having her scent on me caused an outbreak of hives, then we have no chance in a relationship. Wolves are very specific about scents and the sharing of them. If two people's scents can't mix nicely then they're obviously not meant to happen as a couple.
We will wear each others hoodies until tomorrow then swap for new ones, if after a few days nothing negative happens then we can see about dating properly.
