Chapter 127: Clearing The Rest Of The Thugs

We went down the stairs to the next floor, looking for the room in question where they held the girls they were trying to drug.

The lower floor seemed to have been used as a night club at one point but was abandoned and wrecked.

I'm assuming there's another way in here because I highly doubt the patrons were expected to go through the tunnel we went through just to get here.

The tunnel itself led to the second floor of the club where it looked like it was filled with private booths while the floor below consisted of a dance floor and several standing tables.

It wasn't really that big of a place and it was made to look even smaller with the amount of trash and broken furniture littered around the place.

As soon as we stepped inside the club however, a gunshot resounded through the club and my shield flared to life, protecting me against a bullet that was aimed at my chest.
