"Haaaa!" was followed by the sound of a small fist hitting nothing but air. As one of the servants watched the drenched and injured young lady throw a combination of fist strikes with leg kicks toward the unfazed lord. He weaved out the way or blocked with his knees or palm, With a stern gaze.
The common seen of the overly loving grandfather that I had gotten used to was now nowhere to be seen. His look was focused as well as uncaring, As he struck with a leg sweep catching the young miss that has attempted to jump back. Her body hit the wooden floor of the training room.
The lord was eyeing the girl while his other students watched. The Uchiha girl looked uncomfortable and unsure while watching. I had been sent to get her this morning by order of the Lord. For reasons I could not see the Lord had taken a keen interest in this Shinobi a few years ago.
While I was in thought the young lady shouted and as. I turned back to look at her, it seemed that a few veins around her arm had turned purple as her small fist collided with lord Hayai. Had I not been watching I would have called anyone that had told me the Lord Hayai had been smiling.
"Good just like that, focus on that power and remember how to tap into it." Commanding as he took a step back, the young lady seemed ready for more as she rushed forward only to be stopped as his foot was but a few centimeters away from her face.
"Enough Ayumi." and as he finished those words clapping came from my side. They both turned to look in our direction. "Thank you for fetching Izumi, Yuno." I bowed as I turned to leave.

"Izumi-Chan," I said as ran towards her and tackled and hugged her. Laughter was what I heard as I was busy wrapping my arms around her and felt her arms wrap around me.
"Well done Ayumi-sama" I heard her say. It always bothered me to hear anyone call me that, but Grandpa said it was a matter of status and respect. Not just to me but also to him. Izumi-Chan was one of the few people like Naruto that weren't bothered by my eyes and just like him was my friend.
"Oh guess what!" I said with excitement as I remembered yesterday's events. "I made another friend!" I exclaimed.
"Oh and How did that happen?" She said as she played with my hair.
"Yesterday me and Naruto we playing and heard someone being bullied. And when we came over there it was little Hinata." I said in fact " Some butts were bothering her bout her eyes, so I and Naruto kicked their butts" Grinning as I continued my story.
"They weren't tough, I'm sure she could have taken them on but she was being too nice again." Puffing my cheeks as I looked annoyed" But once we were done I got a good look at her eyes and they were really pretty. Even Naruto agreed, Still she seemed embarrassed so I showed her mine, and guess what! She said they were cool!" Smiling a goofy grin as I looked up to see her face.
"Aww well she's not wrong" Her finger moved to bop my nose and I laughed. Moving to sit and plop down on the floor as my fatigue was high I watched as she moved to bow before Grandpa.
"Hello Lord Hayai Kure, I was told you were looking for me," she said while slowly raising her head up to look at him.
"Thank you for coming on such short notice Izumi, I had a favor to ask of you." His eyes moved from her to me. " It's about Ayumi, I would like you to train her from now on." His voice gained its normal warmth whenever he spoke about Ayumi.
"But Sensai what could I even teach her that you couldn't?" She said while confused and a bit panicked though I wasn't focusing much as I was too happy at the fact that I would end up spending more time with Izumi.
Hayai Kure Pov
"You know what my style of teaching focuses on, and it's not something a child her age should be using in a school much less on her classmates. I have already taught her the basics of taijutsu and Shurikenjutsu, Though if possible your boyfriend could help her a bit on that one" I said teasing as her face turned red.
"H-Hes NOT MY BOYFRIEND" she shouted while looking embarrassed and sad. Foolish boy I couldn't help but think. I doubted he was blind to her feelings for him. Shamefully I didn't have my wife's wisdom to help her on that part.
with a deep sigh, I looked at the girl, Soon I would let her know but for now I would let them build a bawn. I felt a bit bad for taking advantage of the girl's nature of wanting to help others. There was no need to rush I commented to myself as I placed both of my hands behind my back.
"well beyond that, it would do you some good to teach" She looked a bit better as she had managed to control her embarrassment. "Besides I don't want to stagnant Ayumi more than I already have."
She looked up at me, directly in the eyes. would you look at that my old friend your daughter has become a might fine Shinobi I thought as I smiled.
"Alright I'll do it Sensai but I make no promises" She finished as she turned to look at Ayumi who looked fully recovered. Hino, you gave birth to a little monster I couldn't help but be amazed at her recovery speed.
"Well, I'll leave her to you, Izumi. Feel free to pick her up after school tomorrow." I said as I motioned toward the dining room. what type of host would I be if I didn't offer her a warm meal and some tea?
