"Hi, Unc — I mean, Dad." Bowing her head slightly, Zoey corrected herself before raising her head. 

"That's on purpose." Glancing at Zoey, Zachery Kwan shifted his gaze to his relatives and soon to be in laws thronging the Kwan's garden. 

"You're used to calling my wife your mother, my son your brother, and my relatives auntie and uncles, yet you still can't get used to calling me father." Without glancing at Zoey who stood by his side, Zachery Kwan uttered. 

"That's because you're the only person I can't fool in this place." Shrugging her shoulders, Zoey held the glass of champagne close to her as she watched the whole Kwan Clan share a few good laughs.

"And the only person in this place I will never like." Upon hearing Zoey's last remark, Zachery Kwan didn't even bulge. It was as if he already know that from long ago

"Where's your brother?" Unfazed as he kept his cool despite the blunt hate remark, Zachery Kwan asked.
