Chapter 2: CHAPTER 2
Y/N's POV
"he literally did not even thank me" i sulked as i kept walking towards the school. after a few minutes i entered the school campus and looked around "aah good to be here again" a small smile creeped up my face. i started walking and kept looking around at everyone present in the campus. some were happy about the school while some complained that the holidays ended very soon.
"y/n!!!" i stopped walking when i heard my name being called. i turned around only to see rose running towards me. she pulled me in a tight hug as soon as she reached me. "i missed you soooooo much y/nie" she said as she swayed me left and right still not breaking the hug. i giggled "i missed you too rose but can you leave me i cannot breath" she then pulled away with an apologetic smile "sorry" "so how are you?" i asked "i am very good how about you? did you and jimin do something during the holidays?" she asked with a sly smile while wiggling her eyebrows. i wrapped my left arm around her shoulder as we started walking. "you imagine too much. we didn't do anything." "sure sure" she said still maintaining the sly smile. "yah! i am telling the truth" i said as i smacked her arm "ow fine fine no voilence" she said.
this is my best friend rose. well that's not exactly her name but i like to call her that. we've been together since childhood. she is also an orphan and we met at the orphanage were i lived. ever since then she has been like a sister and mother figure for me. she has been with me through my thick and thin and i owe her my life for that.
and jimin....well... he is my boyfriend. we've been dating for a little more than 6 months. we met in the first year of high school and we became friends. and then 6 months before he proposed to me and obviously i accepted. like who wouldn't? he was a man every girl dreamed of. beautiful eyes, plum soft lips, delicate yet perfect features, the way his eyes disappeared into crescents when he smiled or the way he throws his head back while laughing hard. everything about him is soo mesmerising. and his abs.....do i need to say it? they are what every girl and even boys dies for. he is perfect like LITERALLY PERFECT! and there's no doubt i am head over heals for him.
i was woken up from my 'admiring jimin' trans when i felt a tap on my shoulder. "hmm?" i asked as i turned towards rose but she just smiled and pointed somewhere in front of us. i looked towards that direction and there he stood, looking at me with a loving smile which immediately bought a bright smile on my face as i walked upto him. after reaching him i looked into eyes with a small smile "oh! god knows how much i missed that beautiful face even if we met just 2 days before" i thought as he pulled me in his embrace snuggling his nose in the crook of my neck. "i missed you soo much" he mummbled against my skin. i chuckled "we just met the day before yesterday" "but i still missed you" he said as he pulled me closer tightening his embrace. i smile as i patted his back lightly "i missed you too" he then pulled away, leaning in and placing a soft kiss on my lips.
"i feel so single now" we looked at the side and saw rose looking at us with a visible pout. jimin chuckled "don't worry sister in law i'll find you boyfriend soon." "nah thanks i am happy being single. btw if you love birds are done then lets go to the class or we'll be late." she said "oh yes. you guys go ahead i'll just grab some of my things and come." i said " let me come with you then" jimin insisted "no baby its okay" "but-" " just go!" i said as i pushed him a little. "fine fine but come soon" he said as i nodded he then pecked my cheek and left with rose and i walked towards my locker.
*5 minutes later*
i was taking out my things from my locker when i heard foot steps behind me, i did not turn around guessing it might be some random student. after i was finished i closed the locker when suddenly....
JIMIN'S POV
i looked at the clock "2 miuntues" i mumbled. i looked at the door again but she still wasn't there. "where is this girl? she will get detention for being late" i looked at rose and she was also looking at me. "where is she?" she mouthed "i don't know" i mouthed back shrugging my shoulder as we both looked towards the door.
just then the bell rang and the teacher came in. "good morning students" everyone stood up and bowed "good morning sir" he went up to his desk and said "we'll take attendance first then." he then started calling out the names. "where are you y/n?" i mumbled looking at the door for the 100th time. 'what if something happened to her?! she is already very clumpy' my eyes widened as i thought about it. "park jimin" my thoughts were broken by the teacher calling my name "yes sir" "park chaeyoung" "yes sir" then.... "park y/n".......silence........"PARK Y/N" the teacher called out again as he looked around the classroom "is she absent?" "no sir she went to take her things from the locker but she didn't come back yet" rose said "what-" just then y/n came in from the door. "where were you miss park?" the teacher asked with a raised eyebrow "sorry mr.choi ms.Kang gave me some errands while i was coming to the class and due to that i am late" she said as she bowed "okay fine go back to your seat and students open history book to page no.90" the teacher said as he continued with the class.
y/n walked up to her seat which was beside me and sat down taking out her books as ny eyes followed her every movement. "where were you?" i whispered "i told just now i was helping ms. kang" "hmm.. i was worried that something happened to you" she looked at me as she bought her hand up and caressed my cheek "what will happen to me? i am alright don't worry" she smiled and then turned around focusing and taking notes. but then suddenly my eyes fell on something. "i don't remember seeing her wearing that jacket and scarf in the morning?"
