Chapter 222: Hunter and the Hunted

By the end of the day, we had teleportation down. We hadn't mastered it but were proficient enough to get us out of a tight spot. We teleported ourselves back to the cabin and everything was ready.

"Hungry?" Dakota asked when he approached. 

"Yes, but do we have time to eat?"

He shrugged. "We could hunt."

I nodded. It had been a while since we had hunted, and my wolf needed to run and stretch. "Sounds good. Let me undress and I'll meet you back here in a minute."

"Sounds good." He gave me a long, lingering kiss and then released me. "See you in a bit." Then he jogged off to do the same.
