Chapter 5: A night guest and the next Day information. (Tuesday February 28 Night Wednesday March 1 Morning)
While Azul slept memories of the past started to surface. A nightmare from his childhood back when he was human causes him to toss and turn. Outside of the room, Nocturne was drawn to his chambers.
Her eyes were glazed over. On her backside, a picture of a demon colud be seen. Phasing in and out of reality, it had a hold of her. Usually, she would have been fine till she was weakened but with the power of this place and the untapped fear energy passing around the demon took control easily. The demon was of the Dream race. A succubus/incubus that she signed with in her youth. Its food was Fear and Desires. Something the Blood Elves had in excess.
The wards in the keep didn't count her as an enemy. She passed through with no issues. Seeing how Azul had most guards working on keeping the citizens safe, his room was unguarded.
She slipped right into his chambers closing the door behind her. No weapons just her in night clothing that held masked sound as she moved about.
'Ohhh, Nocturne you have found such a tasty morsel. His power will feed me for years to come.' The demon thought to her captured host. Nocturne continued to resist pleading for the demon to relinquish its hold on her. It was pointless. 'No, you already have tried to break the pact before. I will give you no favors child.'
As the demon commune with her, it was startled when Azul sat up in bed looking at it.
"Well, hello." Looking at the demon with a fiery look in his eyes Azul gave it a slight smirk. He licked his lips to bait the creature. A plan already formed in his head to solve this little problem. "Do come into the bed there is room for us both."
The demon controlled Nocturne and had her move more seductively onto the bed. Moving on top of Azul she tried kissing him. The creature already started releasing its magic into the room. Seeing Azul's dazed expression it believed it had him.
'His body will work better than your body little one.' Reaching out the demon placed its hands around Azul's head as it started to siphon magic from him. The amount of energy it gathered was slow. "Give your energy to me mortal!" It demanded with magic in its voice. Tear's could be seen coming down Nocturne's cheek as she wrestled for control.
"As you wish." Azuls voice came out dully. Seeing the tears come down it let him know Nocturne was still in there. What kind of leader would he be if he dies or was posssesd day two of getting here? That's like year two type stuff. Right?
Letting out a portion of his fear from when he first arrived in hell, he fed it into the demon slowly. Helping to guide it around as not to hurt Nocturne.
"Such power! Give me more! More!" The demon fell into a feeding craze. The pure energy from a soul that resided in the planes of hell was too much for it. If its guard was up, it would have no trouble realizing what was happening. To distracted eating and with a little help from Nocturne, the demon continued to gorge itself.
Azul already sent a message for her to assist the creature in its endeavor. He would be fine. With Nocturne no longer resisting the feeding speed up.
"See girl, it's better when you don't fight me!" Thinking itself the victor the demon enjoyed the fear energy more and more as it ate. Wings sprouted from its back and hornes of twisted bone sprouted out of its head. Finally slowing down as it became full it tried to let go. "Let go of me. I said let go!"Trying to use its magic failed. The body belonged to Nocturne. Nocturne belonged to the Kingdom System. It was simple to bind the magic. "What are you doing? Stop child!"
It was the demon's turn to feel fear now. Azul released the first 365 days he spent in hell. With Ks help, it was quite easy. The fears turned into magic for the demon. The turned magic empowered the body. The demon was not completely powerless it fought back once it regained its wits.
"Stop! I will give you anything you want! Anything!" The demon begged trying to weasel out of the situation. "Name it and I will grant it just stop."
Azul spoke to Nocturne and not the entity. "Stop taking the magic. Relax now!" Waiting for her to respond he became angry when he saw the magical glee face she had. If she didn't reign it in soon Azul would let her die due to magical addiction.
"It feels so good! I miss the power. Please let me keep it all for myself." Nocturne studied Azul's face and realized it would be stupid to continue down this path. Reluctantly she broke off from the mana flow. "I am sorry master. It was too tempting." Casting her head down she waited for her punishment.
"I could tell. But you pass that little test. You have to work on your willpower. If not Neither myself or Ks will help you again if you turn into a wretched." Looking back at the demon Azul addressed it more formally. "Here is the contract. Sign it and you will be able to keep that magic. If you listen well there will be more just like it."
All three watched as the contract floated to the demon. Grabbing it the demon went to reading it and studying looking for any loopholes. As the demon face turned several shades such as anger, sadness, and joy. It realized there was no wiggle room or hidden clauses. Staring at the current host an idea formed in its mind. Smiling it ran its magic all over Nocturnes body then made a clone next to her.
The magic poured out of Nocturne like a river into the clone body. Opening its eyes the demon stared around. Flexing the fingers it ran the nails across its new form. With a full set of hips and a tight bust, the demon was a dangerous seductress. It or should I say she would have no troubles playing on the fears and desires of others.
Azul had pulled Nocturne to him. Cradling her head with some magic he sent some holy energy around the body from Ks. She had been completely turned back to a highborn. Only with a darker skin tone. As her eyes fluttered open Azul was stunned at how clear they were. Only small traces of arcane energy remained. Before he could ask anything she fell asleep.
"Well shit. Guess we will talk later. Looking over he saw the demon. A spitting image of Nocturne but with green eyes and white hair. The biggest problem was a lack of clothes. Standing there in her full glory was too much for a man straight out of prison. Waving his hands clothes formed around the demon. "Try to stay clothed when in public."
"But we sre not in public." The demon said as she moved to the bed. She stopped when she felt the magical energy come off of Azul. "The clause says you agreed to feed me! So feed me, my master!" The demon licked her lips as she stared at him.
"If I was a lesser man that would work." Azul gathered memories of the sexual torture he received his second-year in hell. With a wave of his fingers, he crystallized it into a little ball. He passed it toward the demon. "You can eat it in pieces. That or suck on it whole savoring it." Before he could continue he lifted Nocturne up for the demon take with her.
"Gulp, that was delicious." The demon said after she ate the entire bead. Her eyes rolled in the back of her head as she twitched in ecstasy.
"God's be damn did she just eat the whole thing?! Fucking hell." Looking at her squirm about Azul got out the bed and sat her in it. Walking out the double doors, he looked back at the two women. "Yeah nope, that is nothing but trouble. I think I am going to take a stroll now." Moving his hands he summoned his clothes.
Walking around the keep Azul passed a few guards who moved about in precision. A few of the former wretched moved with them. No one was neglecting their duties it seemed. Wandering for about an hour he came across Kalar at the courtyard.
"What are you doing out here?" Azul said standing not too far behind him.
Kalar rolled a scroll up and tucked it away in his tunic. "Just getting some fresh air." Kalarn looked to the side not meeting Azul's face.
"Well, that can't be all." Moving closer Azul took a serious face. "Tell me what's on your mind. I can't help if I dont know."
"Very well. Have you been in love my lord?" Kalar hoped to through Azul off guard with that one.
"Yes. I have more than once, unfortunately."
"Did you regret who you were in love with? Did the differences between your station cause problems for you."
"Ah, that kind of problem. Falling for them, no I did not regret. The station differences just kept us from being togethor in that way. I was infinitely stuck in the friend zone as they put it." Shaking his head Azul looked down at the man. "I was willing to ignore the differences in status. She was not. Or was to scared to anyway. I thought it was funny she was the one blurred the lines of our friendship. Turning it into .. well whatever the hell that turned out to be."
"Do you miss her?"
"No. It was millennia ago. She is most likely worm food." Azul said smiling. Considering it was a relationship from earth when he was still alive she definitely had to have been dead by now.
"Did you find another?'
"Of, course. It just took longer than I would have liked. My advice, just go for it. If it works out good great. If it doesn't move on. We live long lives. No reason to waste it dontcha think?" Azul stretched as he waited to see if Kalar had anything else to say.
"Thank you, my Lord." Kalar stood up and shook Azul's hand profusely. "I thought you would be against it. Considering the time you were from anyway. I am most happy to get your approval."
'It can't be that big of a deal?' Azul thought to himself. He just smiled on the outside wishing he could figure it out. 'I have definitely missed something.'
"I need to head to bed now. Think you, my Lord, he will be so happy when I tell him the news." With that Kalar took off back to the keep.
"No, problem," Azul said as he waved at the parting figure. Once he could no longer see him, he realized something. "Did he say he and him?"
"Yes, he did," a guard said passing by. "Would you like me to go get him?"
"No that is fine. But thank you though. Enjoy the rest of your night." Walking away Azul moved to the outer area of the keep and yard. He came across a few animals moving about. Running his magic over them he relaxed once he figures out none of them were trained. Just wild animals that came in.
Walking out of the little city he moved down the way till he came across the water. Realizing he walked a good distance he turned back. Imagine his surprise when he heard some footsteps. Casting a quick invisible spell, he watched as a Night elf came into view. With a quick change, it turned it a sea animal and jumped into the water.
'Oh, boy this better not be what I think it is.' Thinking to himself Azul shook the worry away. It was turning into a day already. The sun was not even up yet.
