Chapter 1: Chapter 1: Using Death Note with 666 IQ
"Every day is the same thing over and over..." said a young man, standing at above-average height with light-brown hair and brown eyes.
He gazes toward the sky as he mutters "boring…" inside a classroom. The classroom is full of people that are similar to him as they try their best to take their focus away from the neverending lesson by the teacher in the front.
Some chat with their friends nearby…
Some sleep on top of their table...
Some are even reading manga…
'This world is rotten' sneers the young man inside his mind as he sees the state of the class from the peripheral of his vision.
"The Human world… That is…"

Yagami Raito, 17 years old
He is a third-year high school student (12th Grade) at Daikoku Private Academy and also attends supplemental classes at Gamou Prep Academy at the beginning of the story.
He grew up in Japan with his family, which consists of his father, mother, and a younger sister.
His younger sister's name is Sayu Yagami. She is a kind-hearted younger sister who often asks him for help with math homework.
She seems to look up to him, as she recognizes his intelligence and believes that he will become a quality detective. Of course, He doesn't want to become one...
Their father is Soichiro Yagami, who is a member of the Japanese Task Force. On the other hand, their mother Sachiko Yagami is just a normal housewife.
However unknown to all of them, he remembers his past life on Earth. A world similar to the current world, albeit in a different parallel universe.
At first, he thinks that he is still on the same Earth. That was until he found out that all the ACG (Animations, Comics, and Games) in this world are totally different. No Death note, No Naruto, No Minecraft, and so on…
In the end, he finally draws a conclusion that he is reincarnated in a parallel Earth similar to the world he is in before with his memory intact. Though, it is not that useful either as the memory is full of what you expect from an Otaku...
If it is others, they will try to copy all the works from the previous life to the current one and gain fame and wealth. But Raito doesn't care about this as he uses his now better head and IQ to become what he couldn't before, a scientist.
Despite only being a high school student, his knowledge surpasses those who have doctorate degrees and even those national scientists who are considered the best in the entire country. This was what caused him to sigh, looking at the teacher trying to explain simple basic mathematics to the student in class who doesn't care about him.

"Huh?" muttered Raito as he gazed at the object from his classroom window on the second floor.
'A notebook?' He finally recognized the bizarre object as a notebook.
The notebook was pure black from where he saw it, though he can't be sure of any text or other image on the book as it is quite far from his location.
After class ended, he walked outside his classroom to pick up this black notebook. As he picks up this notebook, he discovers that there is a title on the cover of the book.
"Death note"
As his gaze lands on the title, his expression turns from curiosity to shock as he didn't expect this reversal to happen. He never knew that this world also has an element of the supernatural. Moreover, he is actually inside the famous story of "Death Note" that has been adapted to manga, anime, and other derivations.
All clues are finally connected!
His name…
His family…
His IQ…
And even his handsome face…
All is actually from the character of Death Note!
Weirdly, at that very moment, a very crazy bizarre idea emerged from his brain.
A plan so great that it transcends the world itself!
Eyeing the notebook, he quickly shoved the book inside his bag as he hurried to go back to his home.

"Welcome back!" replied a middle-aged woman's voice. Of course, this woman is none other than his own mother or more specifically, Raito's mother.
After putting his shoes away, he immediately walked upstairs toward his own room.
"Mom, I'm going to study so please don't disturb me." Said Raito as he climbs the stairs
"Yes yes… If there is anything you want later just say so!" Replied his mother back as she went back to her kitchen to prepare for dinner.
"No mom…" Answer me as he finally arrived at his own room.
'I already have what I truly want!' thought him as he locked the door to his room.

Unlike his original counterpart who is full of justice and kills all the criminals in the world, He knew that such a thought process is simply foolish.
Even if He kills all the criminals in the world, more of them will be born the next day.
In fact, the world setting of this world and even his original world is simply stupid.
A person who kills someone, even if the victims are a murderer, rapist, or heinous criminal scum, will also be considered as a criminal.
Then, using the same logic… Aren't military soldiers, police, and other special forces with the license to kill, also considered criminals?
Society is simply a facade for dictating what is good or bad. A man who steals to feed his own family or pay for the medical expenses of someone that is close to him is considered a criminal. First rule: "The human whose name is written in this note shall die."
Second rule: "This note will not take effect unless the writer has the person's face in their mind when writing his/her name. Therefore, people sharing the same name will not be affected."
Third rule: "If the cause of death is written within the next 40 seconds of writing the person's name, it will happen."
Fourth rule: "If the cause of death is not specified, the person will simply die of a heart attack."
Fifth rule: "After writing the cause of death, details of the death should be written in the next 6 minutes and 40 seconds."
The most important of this rule is not the first, second or third, but in fact the last rule!
He proceeds to take out his pen and write a name on the notebook.

The person or being who talks to him is the god of death (Shinigami) who owns this notebook. He drops this death note to entertain him when a human uses this notebook to gain power over death.
Ryuk has a fairly humanoid appearance. He is extremely slim and has light-gray skin, almost blue-ish in color, with spiky black hair; thin, blue-gray lips; and sharp, pointed teeth. His limbs are abnormally long, and he wears rings on his fingers. He has large, round yellow eyes with bright red irises and retractable feather-like wings on his back that enable him to fly.
"Oh? Do you actually know me? Hehe, I was supposed to meet you 5 days later when you already learned how to use this thing… unexpectedly, you would choose to write your own name in the notebook."
The shinigami chuckled as he gazes at me with an interested expression as he said "Hehe… tell me, are you trying to attempt suicide?"
"Hmm… Suicide? It can be said to be yes and no." I replied with a playful expression to him(?).
"Yes and no? Ahaha interesting! Did you think that death note was fake? I will tell you that it's not! silly young boy~" Said the shinigami with a teasing smile on his face.
However, in light of these situations, Raito said "Nope! I know that this book is real and I am gonna be dead!" with a confident expression while showing his smirk.
"Hahaha! You are truly stupid!" The shinigami burst into laughter as he heard Raito's remarks.
"Tell you what? I will give you this eraser. If you erase a name in the notebook with this, that person will come back to life -- so long as he hasn't been cremated yet. Of course, it will also invalidate those that will die by this death note." Said the shinigami as he extended his hand to give Raito the eraser he is talking about.
"With this eraser, you will not die. Are you sure you don't want to erase your name?" said the shinigami
Seeing this, Raito knows that his chance is finally here! He takes the eraser from the Shinigami's hand and stares at it for a few seconds.
He finally turns around facing the notebook as he gazes at his name and cause of death written by him...
before he continues to write more details next to his death sentence when the shinigami is distracted thinking that he is erasing his name.

Yes! This notebook can theoretically do almost anything in exchange for a death!
This is all thanks to the fifth rule: "After writing the cause of death, details of the death should be written in the next 6 minutes and 40 seconds."
Besides the limitation for physically possible death, you can do almost anything using this rule!
You can get money if you kill some rich guy using the death note and write that he gave all his wealth to you before his death in the notebook. Need to consider the investigation though...
You can also theoretically destroy a location/city if you write something like [death by a nuclear explosion or some natural disaster] on someone and provide the location details.
In fact, He is also not sure if [death killed by aliens] will also summon an alien to earth...
Anyway, these are things that even the original creator never explored in the stories!

Hence, writing getting reincarnated with memory intact and its destination in the notebook seem to have a higher chance of succeeding since He already reincarnated once anyway~

Probably realizing what he is going to do, the shinigami quickly chases after him as the Shinigami shouts "Wait! Come back!"
Alas... the God of death is not as fast as another god that I believe to also exist in this world, the Truck God who governs over the law of delivery, reincarnation, and transportation.
Raito can feel his body being wrapped in a so--HARD metal from a high-speed impact of a truck. The momentum allowed his body to catapult so high before he fell to the street as the Death Note, the pen, and the eraser lay on this street filled with blood.
Of course, Raito's consciousness already turned to darkness the moment the Truck initially impacted him.
Hence… This is the end of Yagami Raito in this world of Death Note...
