*Pant* *Pant* "That was something alright." I said as my emotions resurface and my legs give out.
'If my skill didn't activate, I don't think I would still be alive right now.' I thought grateful to be alive but ashamed that I can't even handle myself even though I've only been here for 10 minutes.
"Stop beating yourself up Jane, you're still you but you can change." I said aloud to encourage myself as my fear and shock was slowly fading.
'I'm pretty tired did using that skill use to much (SPR).' I thought not knowing if it was physically or mentally as my panting was still as ragged.
'Probably mentally.' I thought as my breath became more stable.
"Status" I spoke tiredly as I tried to catch my breath.

'So that took about 30 per each action I took.' I thought as I went to the Danger Beast's corpse to see if it was really dead now.
'It could just be pretending.' I thought as I got closer but before I could it's body starts to disintegrate as 4 orbs of different colours were left on its place.
"What's that?" I asked the Orbs then gathered around me and was absorbed.

"So those orbs were drops from the Danger Beast." I muttered.
I then asked the system about the drops and got a pretty complicated answer that I concluded in summary.
(Blank) Stones just increase the attributes of what is specified but not in an ordinary method, they increase it by upping the current cap of your attribute until it is limitless.
But since I already have no limits on my attributes due to my race I can use them as normally but instead of upping the cap they increase the speed of which I can improve my attributes by doing things that would normally increase them.
Like for [DEX] I can just run around and increase some of them.
As for the ability orb I can use it to learn abilities that can be used by me after using the orb.

It's a useful ability. It was suppose to be only 10% but was doubled due to my [Coward] Title.
Moving on after that I used my Blessing again but this time to make a simple shelter that I can use for now that could blend into the darkness of the forest.
I then looked at my status to see if I recovered some of my [SP] front he fight earlier.

Luckily I recovered some of them pretty quickly, as I was scared if some Danger Beasts suddenly appeared here.
The Ability made a small tent like structure. But after I went inside, though it was bigger than I anticipated. It was still a reasonably sized tent.
The tent slowly gained color as the darkness materialised into matter.
The tent's cover became a sort of fabric with an odd property, that when touched will Destructure anything in contact of it except me.
'Dark matter is freaky.' I thought as I went onto the info I got from my blessing.
When I used it for the first time I immediately knew it's powers and limitations.
Every level up this ability gets I gain another aspect of control on the Void or Dark Matter.
The 1st stage which is right now is "Structuring and De-Structuring" which just makes matter Umm.. exist and not exist or become untangled.
And with that I used the structuring aspect to make this tent for now just to be safe. I checked my status to see if keeping the tent going would drain energy but it seemed it does but only a tiny bit as my SP regen could keep up with it.
After that I went inside and slept to cool my head on all the shit that happened.
<<Timeskip Morning>>
*Yawn*
I wake up begrudgingly as I felt my hair became all messy after I slept, so I fixed it by shaking my head side by side.
After a few seconds it fixed itself.
"That's better." I said as I went outside to stretch as I remembered my clothes were the same as from before and I still haven't bathe.
"I'll worry about that later." I then went to the tent and dematerialized it, As it was absorbed back into my body.
I then looked at the view of the clearing as the sun basked the surroundings with its warm light.
"Damn... that's beautiful huh." I said as I stared on the rising sun as my enthusiasm also rose up.
"Well I can't let the sun beat me on being active so let's see what's next" I said as I went to the system and saw a notification.
[Your last wish is still here what do you wanna do with it?]
A random and straightforward prompt came to my sight as my brows knitted. And my lips turned into a frown.
A message from the God of the Void I presumed.
'Well using the wish now is gonna be a waste as I don't really need anything right now and I might have use for it in the future.' I reasoned as I concluded that the pros outweigh the cons.
"Nah. I'll use it when I need to." I said aloud as the prompt disappeared.
'But can you make the system simpler as I can feel this being a hassle going through in the future.' I messaged mentally to the GoV, as I waited for his answer to my request.
[Well that's fine I can make it better to work and lessen the hassle for you]
⟨System Updating⟩

"Hmm.. Okay I'll go toward somewhere but I should probably train my powers before that to familiarise myself to my new powers." I mumbled as the prompt disappeared.
Seeing that the prompt gone I got back into what I was about to do which was.
Training my powers and familiarising myself with soul power.
"No time like the present let's do this." I said as I sat cross-legged and steadied my breathing.
⟨30 Minutes Later⟩
For a while there was nothing until I felt an epiphany hit me.
So I then imagined myself as if I'm in my ethereal form again as I felt the surroundings become muted.
I opened my eyes to see a vast dark abyss like before only this time it's God is missing.
I then stood up and tried to touch the place where I was standing only to feel it be absorbed into my power as I felt invigorated and empowered.
Blinding light then appears which made me close my eyes.
As I was back to the place where I was meditating earlier.
"Damn!" I said slightly surprised as I saw the place I was touching had become a gaping hole on the ground that was hard to ignore.
'Did I the ground just get absorbed by me. But I thought I could only affect dark matter.' I questioned in my mind till I went to a conclusion.
To test if I was right I tried to do an experiment.
Gathering the feeling I had from before my whole body becomes dark as my eyes became a dark scelera with purple irises.
I then willed a part of my soul to become dark matter as it oozes out of my hands and forms a ball on the top of my hand.
I then tried to change it shape to at first it was pretty hard as the shape I wanted to make was complicated it felt like modelling in blender.
'Good thing I had way too much time in my hands and knew where to spend my procrastination on' I thought as a bit of regret grew from my hard but focused on the task at hand.
After I was satisfied with the shape I then moved on to the main experiment.
I then tried to make the dark matter shape into another material.
The result was surprising as it changed almost instantly when I willed it to happen.
'So I was right.' I thought as I grabbed the fruit of my labor.
A Glock.

But I digress since I only really write this for fun so without making this too long I'll just be saying that the past system was shot and I'm changing it.
